Was totally surprised that I was not allowed to use cash to pay for the room. Was told they do not accept cash as payment. How can they refuse legal tender and no where on their website or yours does it say does not accept cash. It says cashless OPTIONS! I would have been happy to give a credit card to keep on file for any problems, but almost walked because of refusal. Clean facilities and polite staff. Won't be staying again however. As a small business owner, I will be spending my means elsewhere.

Wondering! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and clean. We especially liked the 24 hour hot coffee and tea available in the lobby. We would definitely stay here again!

Shower was broken, when room was cleaned the ice bucket and cups were not touched. Employees were very nice and polite. We were on the 3rd floor, no ice machine.

would have been 5 star but the shower needs some work
bad water pressure and and not big enough for as big as the bathroom was in this suite..
Breakfast was over at 9am and is way to early to be over if you check in late like we did so that P'ed me off

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and we loved this hotel! Very clean overall inside out! Nice quiet area and super close to many shopping stores! I would only suggest one thing for this hotel.... better pillows! Other than that, we loved it and highly recommend it!

The room is nice and spacious with the king bed and couch area, but the first room the television did not work. Changed rooms but there was water running somewhere which was loud and the walls are thin. I could hear our neighbor's conversation verbatim. People were slamming doors all night. Plus I got a shard of glass from the floor in my foot.
