Bad sanitation and infrastructure, unclean bin, hair on the bed and empty cans on the floor. There is no charge next to the bed in my second room.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was clean. The service was impeccable. The restaurant’s food was good as well. It’s only a few minutes away for Gatwick airport by car and local bus. Highly recommend.

Train is on strike again so we had to book a room next the airport. This hotel is close and has everything you need as an airport hotel.

Hotel is about 10 minutes from the terminal. Hotel is ok if you have early flight.

Not a bad hotel, Bit outdated but does the job. Convenient drive to the airport aswell

The good: the hotel is clean and the bed is comfy. The staff all seemed friendly.
The bad: The hotel is quite far from the airport - my Uber cost £26. The room did not contain any complimentary water, while the bathroom is so no frills it looks like a toilet in Starbucks.
