Very poor quality service. I booked a room with a large double bed which I paid for online and the receptionist couldn't find my reservation and wasn't able to check on the PC with a very rude accent that didn't understand French. In addition I rebooked to make a second payment this time 15€ more expensive and to have a room with 2 separate small beds so when online there were still rooms with double beds available. Of course without giving us an invoice.

The staff at the reception was helpful , there was a problem with the A/C not working , the night receptionist was very patient and resolved the issue.

On arrival the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room seem ok on arrival until in the night we were greeted by bedbugs. That was taken care of by switching to a room too small for two persons and the toilet didn't work and so we're told to use the infested room bathroom. Overall I was very disappointed because the situation could have been handled better.

We stayed there because we were visiting friends nearby. This hotel was the closest option to their place. Considering the location and the price, this is a pretty good deal. Some matters, like room size or shower cabin size, could be better, but recall the price, and it looks reasonable now. Oh, and I couldn't find anything much better in the area within the same proximity, so there aren't many options. Overall, I'd recommend it and stay there again.

Very Good service

Absolutely disgusting. The room was filthy, carpet stained, toilet had piss in it, shower had black tiles. This hotel is a gross motel at best.

A door already malfunctioning, a large adult bed ok but for the 3rd adult person a child size bed…. Perpetual smells from the Mac do integrated almost into the hotel for info the parking is shared with the Mac do I had to pay again for the breakfasts even though my departure reservation was breakfast included. an error of ******* he told me but I got a lousy welcome and a hotel to absolutely avoid

pleasant stay I came by car: parking is free. but metro line No. 8 is very close. Next time I will come by public transport. Hotel well located, although it is a bit of a walk to reach it from the metro station
