The facilities are a bit old.

It is next to the local century-old Grand Hotel, but the price/performance ratio of the rooms is larger and newer than that of the Grand Hotel. Overall, it is good.

An exotic hotel. Especially in the drizzly morning, it makes people feel like they have traveled through time. There are golf courses around, holy Buddha statues, and the singing of birds and the fragrance of flowers, which makes people forget to leave. Transportation and shopping are convenient, and you can savor the ancient city. Facilities, services and breakfast are excellent. When in Nuvo, it’s best to come and stay…

Great location in Nuwara Eliya. Very warm welcome, very nice room with all the necessary inside! We still encountered a problem with electricity and hot water. The buffet is good but expensive ++ compared to other hotels that offered us exactly the same thing Nice hotel but too high considering its whole

Meal at the Araliya Food Court was lovely. We ate here for a couple of days, a nice atmosphere. We recommend the Arabic Mixed Grill, chef Dhananjaya’s barbecue sauce was excellent! Reasonable prices and great service from Daya and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fabulous experience with your super service.Mr Ramesh with food and beverage team helped us a lot to success our special day. And also i need to mention about the other crew they also gave us a fantastic service. I really thankful for Araliya green city nuwara Eliya. Highly recommended.❤️

High tea at araliya city was excellent! The food and the arrangements were upto the level. Especially senuri's service was excellent and friendly. We had a great time there and the ambience was also good. We will be visiting you again soon♥️

Superb the ambiance access to the town the staff and house keeping were very polite and courteous we were given a pedestal fan when we complained of the room being warm overall we enjoyed our stay Araliya green City looking forward to coming again

I recently stayed at Araliya Green Hotel and had an exceptional experience. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The food offered at the hotel was of international quality, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious coffee – it was top-notch! The staff were attentive and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a place with great accommodation, food, and service, I highly recommend Araliya Green Hotel.

Excellent service by the team. Really enjoyed. Variety of food was good. Team led by Ramshan along Samadi, Kawshalya, Nilukshan was taking care of us on the last day of our stay at the restaurant. Hotel reception looks stunning decorated with wooden elephants

The property is good, rooms are also well equipped with basic facilities. Recommend for family stay. However for Indian food, I suggest to either visit Indian Grand Restaurant which is situated very near to this hotel or if you order room dining pls advise chef to prepare as per Indian spicy taste. Overall a good experience.

Excellent place, excellent F&B Fantastic service by Ramayana and Kavindu 👍👍 This hotel is at scenic location of Nuwara eliya and accessible to all place from her. Much recommended , this place is for your trip with your family and friends.

Good property…but poor service quality.. and poorly managed…no dinner served in their restaurant in off season . You have to go to an outside public food court in the same building if you want to have dinner. .. For room service you have to contact the public food court which takes there own time, in our case it did not come even after one hour and we finally canceled the room service order.. please avoid using SPA services … We found only one staff in the entire SPA who doubles up as front desk, Spa Manager, Masseuse and billing assistant, but lacking the basic massaging skills .. At best you might feel tickled rather than massaging for the one hour you paid for …After an oil massage she advised us to go to our room in another floor to have a hot water bath, with the oil in the body as there’s no hot water available in the SPA!!😁 The hotel has a Good manager but seems helpless as he seems to have tasked to cut costs during off season.. If you are used to five star comfort I suggest you look elsewhere.
