The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is good. The hotel also prepares breakfast for early risers, and the service is good.

The location is very good, and it is very convenient to travel. You can walk around. The food is average, not suitable for Chinese people, but everything else is good.

It is next to the local century-old Grand Hotel, but the price/performance ratio of the rooms is larger and newer than that of the Grand Hotel. Overall, it is good.

An exotic hotel. Especially in the drizzly morning, it makes people feel like they have traveled through time. There are golf courses around, holy Buddha statues, and the singing of birds and the fragrance of flowers, which makes people forget to leave. Transportation and shopping are convenient, and you can savor the ancient city. Facilities, services and breakfast are excellent. When in Nuvo, it’s best to come and stay…

Great location in Nuwara Eliya. Very warm welcome, very nice room with all the necessary inside! We still encountered a problem with electricity and hot water. The buffet is good but expensive ++ compared to other hotels that offered us exactly the same thing Nice hotel but too high considering its whole

There was an issue during checkin. MMT had not sent the communication to the hotel so we had to wait for 30 mins. We had booked a half boat plan pkg ( dinner and breakfast) but surprisingly I had to pay for my 5 yr kid meal which was charged 7100/- at the time of check-in. Stayed in many other 5 star hotels in Srilanka and other parts of the world, no where they charged for kid except here. Pro's : Room was clean and neat. Bigger. Service is very good. Walk-able to garden and market. Buffet spread was good. Con's: Food for 5 yr kid chargeable @7100/- who hardly ate a bread. Power fluctuations. Heater not sufficient for a big room. Better book a small room where heater works faster. Once power goes and comes, u need to switch on heater again. Remote works 1 in 4 times. So your sleep is disturbed. Temperature controlled pool is very cold and they say that's the max temp, hence you can't use the pool. Wifi is bad. Service at the restaurant was very good with live singing and they sang bollywood music too. Special mention to Vishwa, Nethmi, Madumali, Randika, Ramshan for their hospitality at the dining.

A great stay. The hotel was really good. The service was great. The room was really spacious. It was really comfortable. We booked the B&B package. The breakfast buffet was really good. Mr. Thyago was really friendly. He was helping us since our checkin till the checkout. Miss Sandamali was also really friendly. The customer care from the begining to end was really good. It was really thoughtful that they had separate accommodations for our driver too. Overall the staff was super friendly. We had a great time during our stay. ❤️

Great for value. Heart of nuwaraeliya. Stayed in a twing room. Superb room condition. Well maintained. Will come again for sure. Room contains in room seating area, suitable for in room gathering, enjoyed a lot. Nicely warmed swimming pool. Thanks for the staff for the hosting.

The food was amazing, really good hospitality, highly recommended, Mr. Vignesh and Mr. Krishanthan got everything prepared the way we wanted it to, really well mannered and nice people, overall, the experience was amazing and was better than expected

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was short, but definitely sweet. Their service is great and the rooms are clean, new, modern & spacious. The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet and their seating capacity is huge. We will be back agoin soon!
