The Gran Odara was strategically for my stay in Cuiaba the best option. The attention of the staff was very good and always friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and big with a lot of space. They respect biosecurity protocols and have disinfectants at every place available. Unfortunately besides the great equipped and comfortable hotel, service is a bit slow and needs to improve. Making mistakes and claiming that the error is the guest's fault is definitely a no go.

I have stayed in top 5 star hotels all around the world in major cities and the service I received in this hotel was unparelled. Excellent service and all of the staff are friendly and accommodating. I spent 1 week at the hotel at work. The hotel is reasonable, the rooms seem old, mainly in the bathroom lack maintenance. The shower was wet all except those who took bath, well disregulated, had no way to take bath or wash their hair. The hotel was cleaning and the hotel was good, but the breakfast was excellent, but every day I passed there was the same thing, should change. The outside noise was great, almost all night heard cars and motorcycles running because the hotel is in a mega-avenue moving. The inner noise tbm was bothered, I don't know whether guests or staff were. I don't know if I would be home again!

We would spend one night in the ‘Presidential Suite’ at this newly built hotel. The room was enchanting; however, a few short comings would impact what was other wise a great stay Exiting the elevator, the hallways lights are set to automatically light via the hallway motion detector, however this was out of order leaving us to navigate a darkened hallway. Next looking for our room number via cell phone lighting we came to the end of our hallway and did not see our room number The presidential suite located at the end of the hallway does not have a room number or room name beside the door which attempting to locate in total darkness is challenging! We found the room inviting, spacious and nicely appointed with a desk, table and two chairs, great lighting and notably comfortable. A bit of a negative was having no towel hooks or a towel rack in the vicinity of the shower, meaning we needed to either walk across the bathroom dripping wet or pick-up our towels off the floor after a shower As a positive the staffs are friendly, helpful and personable and can communicate in English. The breakfast buffet opened at 5:00 AM and offered a nice assortment of fruits and hot foods. There is a free shuttle to the airport which is operated by friendly helpful attendants! A great place to stay near the airport!

Por varios motivos, prefiro esse Ibis do que os hoteis 5 estrelas fracos em Cuiaba (Delmond/Gran Odara) Localizaçao boa, num bairro residencial e sossegado porem perto de tudo. Primeiramente, ao contrario dos hoteis de luxo, aqui 100% dos funcionarios e dos hospedes estavam de mascara. Parabéns a todos A receptionista Weis quem nos atendeu foi extremamente simpatica Quarto funcional com tudo que precisamos. Café da manha EXCELLENTE. Funcionarios la super sorridentes e prestativos.
