I made two reservations for the same period, for two rooms, and I checked in at 12:30 and the other guest made at 17:00. For the same category of rooms, however, I that arrived a little earlier (4 hours) was allocated to a seat room, even the hotel has not yet received a good part of the day guests. I asked about the change of the room, but they claimed that the “system” makes the sorting and we know that it doesn't work like that once the system is made by humans. Manager Ana Carolina tried to see how to correct this situation, but did not change anything. The worst in my perception and the lies and conduct that the collaborator Mariana had, in front of other 2 guests who were coming around 20:20 on day 22/03/2023, and using the question if it would be possible to make the change, she says that, as explained above and what reality even having made equal room reservations of the same category what happened and I took AZAR!!!! It is very disgusting to know that even booking, paying, coming before, being educated, asking for the possibilities to be seen, the answer is HAVE HAVE A HASE!!! Even so you have to count on luck? Where is the coherence that a drop network should have? To help the room has installed an emergency light on the Wi-Fi antenna, which does not turn off and whisper the whole night green and blue, making it impossible to sleep properly and blackout curtain that does not work.

I have worked with tourism, many years in a travel agency, recently met the city of Curitiba, and chose to stay in that hotel, the best choice I have made, great in care, good breakfast, organization and cleaning are good, Room with comfortable beds, not counting on the location of a noble neighborhood, near Barigui Park, a very good area to stay. It is a little away from the city center, but nothing that an Uber can help.

My family and I spent three days at the hotel. We had a great experience with the breakfast and inside the apartment. It was clean, organized, and very comfortable. The staff was kind at all times. We sure intend to go back again soon.

I booked this hotel after seeing great reviews but ‘Great’ is not something I experienced. Staff were unwelcoming, check-in took about 15mins where the only word spoken to us was “passport”. It should never be an expectation that staff be fluent in English (but it helps) however to have 0 communication was disastrous. Even asking for ‘red wine’ the evening after took several attempts. There were several plug sockets in the room that did not function as well as tv remote that did not work. Little things like this I could have reported if I felt the English level of the staff in the hotel was adequate. Instead we just had to adapt. Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel in Batel was perfect for my work visits. Gym also had a great view and was spacious. But definitely not a place I’d choose to return to and hope other non-Portuguese speakers receive a better welcome and experience than I did!

This hotel was a found in Curitiba. We love everything: location, service, breakfast. All was excellent. There is a wonderful pizza store at a square of the hotel, and several restaurants a few squares behind it. If I come back one day, I'd certainly host myself again at the MOOV.

I stayed at Radisson for one night from Thursday to Friday April/2021. My bedroom was luxury double room, and the reservation was made 2 weeks in advance through booking.com app, i got a fair price that included breakfast. I really enjoyed the bedroom size, with a pretty spacious bathroom, working desk with comfortable chair. Big TV and gigantic confy bed. The reception clerk was really polite, I had done the Pre booking on line, it took 5 minutes to finalize the check in and get the room card. I drove to Curitiba, and the hotel counts with valet service at extra cost. I like the ironing board in the hotel bedroom. Nice touch the washing cloths, lots of hotels in Brazil don’t have those. Extra points for the good hair dryer. Good toiletries- body moisturizer, shampoo and hair conditioner, 2 soap bars, tissues and shower caps. Fluffy and big towels, plenty of clothes hanger I Stayed on the 3rd floor, next time i’ll ask for a higher room, so i can have a better view of the Japanese Square Park. The hotel location is pretty good, in a high end neighborhood and close to downtown. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the menu didn’t have a lot of variety- I ended up having filet and past and the flavor was good, but if i stay at the hotel again i will have dinner outside the hotel. The bedroom offered tea, coffee and water bottles and a courtesy. The breakfast buffet had a pretty good variety of fruits, yogurts, juices and nice and fresh breads. It did have a espresso machine and some sweets and cheeses. Considering pandemic measures i thought the hotel is being really careful living windows and doors open, and at the hotel restaurant the tables have enough room between them. I would say it’s a 9 out of 10.

O atendimento e atenção dos funcionários desde a recepção, serviço de arrumação, liderança, restaurante, tanto no café da manhã como no almoço são destaques do hotel. No restaurante, Eveline, Silvana e Elise ofereceram um atendimento excepcionalmente diferenciado em todos os aspectos. A acomodação é estilo flat com dois ambientes distintos, tendo cozinha bem estruturada, sala com sofá cama, poltrona, mesa de trabalho e TV. O quarto tem cama de casal bem grande, guarda-roupa espaçoso, criados mudos e TV. Há uma ótima pia com espelho externa ao banheiro permitindo o uso de ambos de forma individualizada. Há shopping, comércios diversos, praça e estação de bicicletas nas imediações do hotel. Excelente hotel para estadias curtas e longas!
