The cleaning services are very good, the restaurant is limited in offer. The staff is very attentive to the customers, very kind! Leisure place, like bar, there is only in the reception. The pool is fine except that it is next to the street and all the car traffic is heard. The rooms are spacious and there is easy access with three spacious elevators.

I am currently staying here ( away tomorrow thank god), I feel I must advise travellers of the lack of facilities in this hotel. Checked in yesterday and decided to eat in the only opened restaurant in this large hotel( roof top bar closed, pool bar closed - they are blaming covid but I stayed in da nang last week for 5 days and my previous hotel ( furama resort) had a full staff. There were many dishes not available on the menu, virtually no alcohol available so don’t eat here. No bars open so don’t drink. If you are a teetotaller on a crash dieter then this is the place for you but otherwise avoid…
