It just beside Lotte Mart... And walking distance to helio night market.. overall hotel environment and service is nice and clean.. will come back to stay again if travel again to danang.

До заселения написали в отель и попросили по возможности тихий номер с хорошим видом из окна. Во время заселения уточнили, удалось ли выполнить нашу просьбу. Девушка на ресепшн сказала, что у номеров выбранной нами категории нет красивого вида, но номер тихий. Ок. Около 5 утра нас разбудили непонятные звуки и шум, который не прекращался. Шум стоял на всём этаже (6 этаж) и этажами выше. Я сразу же спустилась на ресепшн, там был дежурный администратор, который по-английски практически не говорил. Я попросила его поменять номер, потому что я не могла заснуть. Он сказал, что номеров нет (ложь, номера были). Ок. Утром после завтрака мы опять спустились на ресепшн и попросили нас переселить. Нам объяснили, что это шум от чистки бассейна, который располагается этажом выше. Нас переселили в номер на противоположную сторону с хорошим видом. Но на следующий день утром нас разбудили звуки стройки. Рядом с отелем (прямо в соседнем здании) идёт стройка, шумно весь день, никакого релакса.
А ещё будете переживать, как бы не запачкать полотенца, иначе с вас возьмут штраф. Ситуации разные бывают, но это всё не очень клиентоориентированно.
Из плюсов: номер очень чистый, просторный. Сотрудники пытаются помочь, но не сразу, врут, что нет номеров.

이용하고 느낀 점을 쭉 적을게요.
* 롯데마트 옆에 위치하고 있어서 선물용 과자 및 망고 구매하기에는 편리함. 방을 배정 받고 엘리베이터 타고 올라가기까지 보안 좋다라는 느낌은 받음. 방키가 있어야 엘레베이터 이동에 가능함. 화장실 내부적 인테리어도 깔끔해서 좋았음. 호텔 주변에 소음이 있을 만한 환경적 요소가 전혀 없음.
# 단점이라고 보기에는 좀 애매한 것들이, 샤워 도중 물이 시원하게 쭉 빠지는 느낌은 없음. 화장실에 로션이 비치 되어 있긴 하지만 샴푸인지 바디워시인지 정확히 구분이 안감.(필자는 따로 챙겨와서 사용함) 방 입실 할 때마다 전기 노이즈가 계속 들려서 나중에 방을 바꿔달라고 이야기하려고 마음 먹으면 노이즈가 사라짐. 잠을 잘 때 둔감해져서 느끼지 못한 것일지는 모르겠지만 시간 지나면 노이즈가 들리지 않음. 무엇이 원인인지? 명확히 알지는 못했음.

Единственное ,что бы улучшить - это завтраки сделать более разнообразными под европейцев. Рис и макароны всегда. Картошка была редко. Хотя может мы так попали на пару дней

롯데마트 바로앞이라 위치가 너무 좋아요. 가족룸에 묵었는데 가격대비 무척 만족스럽습니다. 수영장도 아늑해서 프라이빗풀 같이 사용했어요. 침구류도 깨끗했고 조식도 나름 잘먹었어요. 다음에 또 이용할 예정입니다.

아이들과 함께 다낭 마지막 숙소로 롯데마트 근처 0.5박 숙소를 알아보다가 딱 눈에 들어온 곳이였어요😊 시설도 깨끗하고 직원분들도 넘 친절하고 걸어서 1분 거리 바로 코앞에 롯데마트가 있어서 넘 좋았어요!ㅎㅎ 마지막 날이다 보니 다들 몸이 지쳐 있어서 푹 쉴 수 있는 곳이 필요했는데 여기가 딱이네요ㅎㅎ 침구류가 넘 푹신하고 포근해서 아이들도 씻기고 옷갈아입히니 바로 누워서 잠들어 버리네요ㅎㅎ 덕분에 푹 쉬다가 왔어요ㅎㅎ
창으로 보이는 썬월드랑 야시장에 아이들이랑 가고 싶었지만 잠들어서 포기ㅜㅜ
체크아웃도 언제든 된다는 친절하신 직원분들ㅎ
저흰 10시 체크아웃한다고 미리 말씀드리고 나왔는데 그랩이 너무 일찍 잡혀서 아이들 깨워 짐챙겨 후다닥 나오다보니 남편카드를 두고 온것도 깜빡했는데 직원분이 올러가서 한번더 체크해주신 덕분에 카드릉 챙길수있었어요ㅎㅎ
하마터면 다시 그랩타고 돌아올뻔ㅜㅜㅎㅎ
짐도 다 옮겨주시고 넘넘 친절한 직원분들덕분에 마지막 다낭여행 마무리 잘 하였어요😊👍👍
여긴 위치가 넘 좋아서 저처럼 0.5박 뿐만 아니라 1박하기에도 넘 좋았어요!
다음에 다낭여행 온다면 꼭 다시 들릴꺼에요ㅎㅎㅎ
