Livie Da Nang An Thuong

Communication was easy, but this is not a hotel. It’s more like a serviced condo or Airbnb. I expected hotel-style amenities such as security to help with luggage, a lobby, a bar, etc., but those were missing. It felt more like a condo/apartment service setup. For the price, it’s not worth it.

Booked for 2 bedrooms, they provided kitchen utencil, oil, salt, soy souce, and laundry detegent. There’s water filter too. Location is strategic, a lot of nice restaurant & walking distance to my ann beach, estimate 5 - 7 mins walk.

My stay at the livie was totally amazing, I was looking for a convenient place for a long time, and at some point decided to stay there. Location is perfect: there are a lot of nice places nearby, where you can find any kind of food you need, it also has a comfortable parking right in the basement, so if you are going to rent a bike for the time you stay - it will be no worries about it’s safety. Hotel is located near the seafront, which is also an important road, which leads to the village hoi an, and other attractions. The room looks exactly the same as it on the photos, which is very pleasant. It’s clean, comfortable and new, it’s even has a little kitchen and washing machine. Enjoy your stay at the “livie”)

It's a bit disappointing that the shower and toilet are right next to each other on the same floor. The glass-covered toilet, although separated by a roll curtain, offers limited privacy, as it's slightly visible from the room. On the bright side, it's handy that you can communicate with the staff using LINE, so there's no need to deal with translation apps for language barriers. The rooftop pool is really clean and has a nice view. The elevators are quick, the place is quiet, and there's a washing machine available, so there's nothing to complain about there. But, do keep in mind that there's some noise from the surrounding area. Even though the hotel itself is peaceful, you might hear loud music and singing from nearby shops late into the night. Personally, I wasn't too bothered by it.

Kinda funky and good location but wouldn't stay here again.
