"Doğa içinde bir otel, fakat bakımsız bir tesis. Otel bahçesindeki tahtalar kırık yürürken kaza yaşayabilirsiniz. Odalar temiz ancak restorasyon gerekiyor, fotoğraftaki gibi minik bir duşakabin var banyoda. Oda da su ve bardak bile yok. Odada çalışmayan minik bir TV var. Otelde spa ve kapalı yüzme havuzu olduğu yazıyor ancak Mayıs ayında bile kapalı. Personel iyi niyetli fakat tecrübesiz ve yetersiz sayıda. Kahvaltı büfesinde ekmek kızartma makinası bile yok, dolaptan çıkmış soğuk ekmeği yemek durumundasınız. Akşam yemeği tavuk kanadı ve bulgur pilavı şeklinde. Lokanta üstündeki odalarda kalmayın, tüm gürültü patırtı çocuk bağrışması odanızda. 2024 yılındayız artık böyle eksikliklerin olmaması lazım. Bölgede ki en iyi otel bu şekilde…"

"20 Ocak 2024 tarihinde konağınızda kaldım. Konağınız bakımlı ve güzel lakin şöyle olumsuz tarafları var. Uzun bir yoldan tatil için geldiğimiz Kastamonu’da size tercih etti tur şirketimiz. Odamız birinci kattaydı. Tüm gece iki saat uyuyabildim. Çünkü izolasyon yok. Evet tarihi konak ama gene de birşeyler yapılabilirdi. Örneğin biz iki kişi (evli) birinci katta kalırken, üstümüzde üç bekar erkek kaldı. Ve sanki bizim odada gibiydiler. Tüm konuşmlar duyuldu sabaha kadar. İsimleri bile öğrendim. En azından otel yönetimi kalabalık bekar grubu alt kata koyup, bize üst kat odası verebilirdi. Banyonun giderinden su neredeyse gitmiyordu. Akşam yemeğinde kapalı alanda bile sigara içilmesine izin veriyorsunuz. Ve kapı açık olduğu için üşümemek elde değil. Tüm gece kapı kapansın diye uğraştım. Yemekleriniz lezzetli ama ilk geldiğinde buz gibiydi. Gidip tekrar gelmesi yarım saati buldu. Grup gelindiğini bildiğiniz halde nerede ise iki kişi kan ter içinde servise yetişmeye çalışıyorlardı. Kahvaltınız çok güzeldi. Hele poğaça gibi ekmek çok lezzetliydi. Odalara çıkarken galoş giyilmesi zorunlu. Güzel bir uygulama ama o galoşlar zor giyiliyor. Galoş için otomatik makine koysanız daha iyi olur."

Even though it feels like stepping back in history, it’s super safe with all the modern safety features you'd expect. The place is sparkling clean, and the breakfast is huge and delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Plus, it’s a quick, easy walk into town, which was a huge plus for us. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!"

"The most thing we love about the hotel is self service guest laundry eventhough it's bit pricey 600TL. Room - very clean but a bit small with the extra bedding. Make it difficult to move around. Location - we like the quiet location in the new town. Easy to find and not far from the old city. Parking - easily available compared to the old town which is difficult to find parking and very nartow and cobblestone road. Breakfast - variety Turkish and western breakfast. Quite tasty. Staff - they are okay. We wish they could speak a bit more English and smile more. A big shout out to Hatice the housekeeping lady. She shows true Turkish hospitality, warm, friendly and ready to help and go above and beyond for us even though ahe cannot speak English. Recommended compared to staying at Konak in old town and wifi is very good."
