My military son stopped in for a place to stay near the airport after his flight was cancelled. He was in the room no longer than 5 minutes and had a bad feeling about staying and left. He was uncomfortable even asking for a refund until his Uber driver showed up. When the ride showed up he explained to the front desk person he was able to get on another flight and asked for a refund, they told him no. He literally walked in and walked out of the room. I called and spoke with a man with a strong Indian or Pakistani accent who did not speak English and hung up on me. Then spoke with a woman who claimed she did not check any one in.
