The inn's solar heating panel was not installed securely and was damaged by the wind. As a result, I was unable to use hot water at all the next day. The platform stated that there was a laundry service, but the laundry room was electronically locked at 11pm and 8pm the next day, and I was told that it should be closed by other guests. I asked for a partial refund of the room fee, but the innkeeper said there was nothing he could do. This room type was already very good without overcharging, so it was impossible to refund the discounted price. The attitude is also very tough and perfunctory. I only know how to pass the responsibility to Dafeng and other customers, and I have no responsibility at all. In this regard, Ctrip promised to implement supervision in the future. The maximum room size is 30 square meters, and the hygiene is not very good in all aspects. I originally booked for 2 nights and checked out early.

1. Hot water problem. There was no hot water from 13:00 to 19:00 on the 21st, no hot water from 9:00 to 11:00 on the 22nd, no hot water all day on the 24th, and no hot water before departure on the 25th. . 2. No disposable slippers were prepared on the first day of check-in, and no mineral water was added on the third day of check-in. The location is good, close to the ancient city, so eating is not a problem.

環境不錯，乾淨舒適，設備齊全很新。三樓房間能看到洱海耶✌️入住還送了吃的，晚上出去的時候問老闆哪裡有好吃的，剛好趕上老闆正在做火鍋，跟着一起吃了，雲南人真的好熱情啊❤️，而且火鍋巨好吃，老闆很好相處，以後來大理衹選他家住沒錯了，被成功圈圈粉，感受到了滿滿的快樂！

老闆特別熱情，給我免費升級了大房間，給力，天氣幹還特意放了加濕器，晚上睡着挺安靜的，床很舒服，熱水一開就有。還會再來，推薦！

房間寬大舒適，還有老闆貼心準備的白茶，包早餐，就在對面吃的是傣族的米線，十幾種配料，很好吃。很滿意，好評。
