非常滿意的一次入住，來大理的小夥伴強烈推薦哦！服務非常好，房間很大很舒服，早餐特別豐富，還有免費停車場，推薦推薦！

衞生：房間有煙味，床單一開始有點污漬，和客房溝通過後，得到了比較好的解決，客房態度很好👌🏻
設施：酒店基礎設施比較齊全，但是預訂房間有bug，吹風機用不了，澡洗一半水也忽冷忽熱
環境：大床房靠街邊，休息時候還是比較安靜，不太會影響休息
服務：讓人給一分的重中之重是什麼呢？其一，該酒店有很多團體顧客，大巴車很多，自駕顧客這時候就會被請到地下停車場，一切以大巴團體為優先。其二，因行程有變我在攜程提前一天續房，第二天入住當天，前台也與我們電話溝通確定後的情況下，房卡消磁回不去房間，讓兩位長者找客房服務員打開的房門。
一直覺得維也納是一個不錯的經濟酒店，但這一次入住體驗實在……微笑。很期待酒店的反饋。

因為第二天要趕飛機，在大理的最後一晚臨時選了這家酒店。酒店衞生乾淨，配套齊全，離火車站半小時， 飛機場半小時，非常方便！而且價格相對大理動輒兩三千的房價 維也納這個價格的確非常實惠，下次去大理還會考慮住這。
