Overall I don't think the hotel was worth the amount I paid. Firstly, the room is rather cramped and I find it difficult in the morning to do my exercises. The room also smelled of smoke and the furniture is old and dated. Also the shower has no partition from the toilet and the drain blocks and floods the bathroom quickly when you take a shower. The options for breakfast are also very limited and there was no tea or coffee available. The spring and sauna facilities are also small and I admit I expected better. The positives for the place are that it is close to Erhai Park, the dock and the numerous places to eat nearby. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly despite the language barrier and were a great help. I just think 45GBP a night is just too much for what you get.

Stay in the seaside hotel lobby with magnificent lighting! That big chandelier is beautiful! The lady at the front desk is enthusiastic, and the guest rooms have hot spring water 24 hours a day! Clean and hygienic. There is a free fruit plate, a rich variety of breakfast, a gym, a table tennis room, and a good service attitude! Overall very good! Will come again next time!
