The hotel has good location right in Dali Ancient Town. Super clean, nice design and pleasant view of the local neighbor Bai’s traditional house. The reception girl is super kind and caring. She proactively called us then added wechat, and kept following up our arrival to pick us to the hotel. She also gave goos recommendations and helped us arrange our trip to the next destination as I don’t know Chinese well excepting using Baidu translate ^^ I definitely recommend this stay to my friends and come back in the next trip to Dali

Area was very cleaned and facilities was very well maintained. The view from the balcony was also very breath taking

Great location and great service. The room is big enough for all three of us. There is even a mini massage chair in the room for use after a day of outdoor activities, which is a plus. Tuck in an inner lane, it is quiet despite the bustling lane outside the hotel. Which has many restaurants, convenience stores and even a night street market. The front desk even help us to arrange the e-scooter rental, while we are out for the day sightseeing. They also store our luggage on the last day as we have a late departure. Overall, a great and neat place with a very friendly service. Would recommend to anyone visiting Dali ancient town.

Very helpful and nice owners. They upgraded our room to the bigger one on the first floor, which was better but maybe had a little bit worse view.

Booked this for the whole family. Location is amazing in the middle of the old town right next to 洋人街 and a short walk to all the other major streets. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience at Cuusoo Inn. Because there were few customers, the manager upgraded our room. At our arrival in the room, free local red tea and snacks were waiting for us. The location is quite central in Dali old town, but despite the many bars and live houses around the hotel is fortunately very quiet. The manager is very eager to provide the requested informations. We can only recommend warmly this hotel.

We had a lovely stay. The location is ideal! Close enough to the main streets but far enough way to avoid the crowds. There are plenty of local places (Fly Me to the Moon, Serendipity, Chillis, etc.) to fulfill all needs. The host, Xiao’mi, was super helpful. Even though my Chinese is horrible, she was patient with me and used WeChat to communicate. She was very accommodating and answered all my questions. The Inn itself is lovely. It’s very peaceful and exactly what we needed. We were given a tote bag that acted as a nice keepsake of our trip, but it also provided a nice bag for picking up local supplies close by.  A clear choice for those looking for a home away from home while in Dali. We can’t wait to come back again.

Wonder service a facilities in a beautiful location. Even service me tea when I came back at 1am after drinking too much rice wine.
