The location is nearby the ancient city and it is within walking distance.
We got the upgraded room since we checkin earlier out from the checkin hours.
The only problem is that you have to carry the luggage up to the floor you stay and is quite a distance and tough to walk from the counter to the room.
The accommodation did provide drinking water machine so stay hydrated guys!

We stayed in a room for 3 pax. The room is like a small apartment; spacious as it comes with 2 separate rooms and a common bathroom. As we were not used to using disposable towels, they have replaced them with normal cotton towels. We were staying at the 2nd floor and bathroom and has good water pressure. Service at the reception is top notch and really commendable. They were patient and offered to help book tickets and shared coordinates of locations as we were not able to read Chinese. When we checked out , we received 2 boxes of flower biscuit which was unexpected and was a pleasant surprise. As the hotel is situated near the east gate, it’s a good choice if you intend to travel towards erhai lake area.

Room was clean and location good. Service was fantastic. Only downside is that they allow smoking in lobby. So was an unpleasant experience if one spend time at llobby.

Great location, walking distance to ancient town, Erhai lake is 5km away where you can take taxi there quickly. Beautiful and perfurmed garden, no elevator but the staff there will help you to carry luggage. Staff is helpful in booking car to your next destination. Large room with nice decoration, relaxing atmosphere.

Really amazing hotel.
Great location and environment
What was best was the workers. They helped us with many needs. They found a driver for us to tour us around the city for the day (for only 300 RMB)
We even lost the key and they didn't get mad or charge us.

Decent place. Owner is friendly and share tips of where to travel. Highly recommend for the service and tips shared! Room is spacious and big for suite. Top level of the building, private for couples

This was an incredible hotel experience, through and through. The staff was amazing. The location was incredible, as it’s in a beautiful local community. I’ve been in China for two weeks, and this was by far the best accommodations, especially given the price. Thank you!

Nice place to stay, close to everything you want to see. Walls were thin and the neighbours were loud unfortunately.
