FANTASTIC STAY! Hands down, one of the best hotel stay experience we had. The entire hotel and the room interior were designed to be simple yet classy and gives off the beach holiday vibes. The room is a “smart room” with most functions like the lights, music and curtains to be controlled by “小爱同学”, just like google home. In addition, they have butler service during the entire stay and the service our butler 青柠 provided was super duper impressive and she always tries to go beyond. Knowing that one of us was celebrating birthday, she even prepared an entire cake for us. As we only stayed for a night, she specially tried to make arrangements to book a photography slot for us even thought the schedule was full. The afternoon tea and goodnight desert soup, were delivered directly into our rooms for us. Definitely coming back to yuewan on my next visit to Dali!

We stayed at this hotel for a night during our trip to Dali. The hotel was new and very instagrammable. We were checked in to a room with no view despite paying for a sea-view room, but this was resolved by the staff by offering us an available sea-view room. The hotel staff were extremely attentive. Kudos to 小俊, our personal butler, who provided a lot of information over WeChat and was very prompt with his responses. They provided a variety of snacks, fruits and drinks and even a bowl of “goodnight sweet soup” each at night. Breakfast was mainly Chinese but was delicious!
The room was large and clean and offered a good view of Erhai. Room amenities were well-stocked and room facilities were top notch - the room was equipped with smart home technology and there was also a projector for home entertainment.
The only downside to this hotel is its location (Wenbi Village), which is far away from the main sightseeing spot in Erhai (S湾) and from the train station. The village is, however, tranquil and peaceful. Great stay overall!

位置:親子旅遊關係，個人覺得地理位置一般，環海風景是無敵的，我們還租了敞篷跑車玩，但是確實附近出行去玩的地方還是有一定的距離。
設施:房間內設施全部是小愛同學音控，窗簾音樂啥的喊一聲就能自動關，小朋友玩的不亦樂乎，懶人省事。
服務:酒店有提供攝影拍攝服務，免費送原片五張，後面加底片20/張，普修50/張，精修70/張。我們去的那兩天都有小雨，天氣不是很好，但是拍攝出片是ok的，天氣好感覺隨便手機拍都很好。晚上有送甜品到房間，泡澡的時候可以享用。
整體感受:酒店整體不大，屬於小巧精緻的類型，個人感覺更適合情侶出行。這個價位，感覺適合蜜月或者甜蜜雙人出行的行程。親子出行配套設施不算特別多，個人感覺親子出行的話性價比就不是特別高。

這次入住的體驗感拉滿了！！！服務、衞生、佈置每一項都超出了預期，它不僅擁有獨特的設計風格，每個角落都充滿了驚喜，從舒適的床鋪到精心挑選的房間裏的飾品（包包帽子）。另外就是酒店的管家非常貼心的服務，服務都非常人性化！！！包括酒店的攝影師阿甘，不僅拍照技術好，服務也非常在線！推薦推薦推薦！！！

開始我是訂了兩晚，由於孩子發燒，我先退訂了，這裏重點説一下，可以當天入住前取消，這點讓我很有好感，所以後來又重新訂了一天，還是他家。整體感覺是不錯的，但是由於是白色的設施，所以略顯臟。酒店服務還是不錯的，管家小航更是非常到位，給我們換了酒店景觀最好的房間，孩子發燒剛好，所以我們就躺在床上看了兩天洱海，晚上在房間看了電影，讓我們好好的休息放鬆了一下。不足之處，説一下攝影師，除了酒店送的五張照片，這個精修還得分一般精修和專業精修，然後並不是所有底片都給，每張都要錢。總之，收錢的套路很深。再説一下餐廳，雖然餐廳給住店客人八折，但是菜品很少，又很貴。我們吃了三頓飯，花了一千多塊錢。主要孩子想吃那個排骨，總共六塊，80多，具體多少忘記了。晚餐的甜湯不錯，管家給的零食下午茶很豐富。中間還有個插曲，吃飯時候被下面那個放米飯的鍋邊給燙了一下，餐廳衹給了一點點燙傷膏，後來找前台要，給了一管新的，可能還是處理的晚，胳膊留了痕跡。總的來説這家還不錯，服務還是很到位，管家服務不錯，有求必應。
