很滿意的入住體驗，酒店很大👍🏻👍🏻。提前預訂好酒店，找不到打電話詢問，酒店還給發送位置，到酒店之後前台的服務態度也是超級好，辦理入住效率也很快。進到房間之後發現還為小朋友準備了一次性拖鞋，小童牙刷等等小童用品。房間也是用心打掃過的，無任何異味，房間空間大，採光好，明亮，設施齊全，前台服務非常好，早餐也很棒，有免費停車場，出行也很方便，非常推薦👍🏻👍🏻

酒店環境：大堂很氣派，外圍也是乾淨舒服，停車方便，訂的雙床房，房間大床鋪很乾凈，衞生間也是，淋浴間也不見污漬，住得很安心放心。在酒店享用自助早餐，品種多樣，新鮮美味，環境優雅，滿足了我的胃和心，是一個美好的早晨開始

有史以來遇到服務最好的一個酒店，所有的員工都很熱情，見到都會親切的打招呼，酒店提供了免費的洗衣服務還可以免費烘乾，服務人員可以上來房間取，水果，小零食，飲料礦泉水不限量供應，房間佈置很温馨，酒店位置佳，出行很方便，前台工作人員看見我帶了兩個小朋友害怕不夠住，還免費幫我升級了房型，很感謝🙏🏻

奔着網絡第一和好評來的，聽説是大理服務天花板的酒店，入住後體驗感十足，服務真的確實沒話説，設施設備特別齊全，整體來説住得非常開心。
服務方面無論是酒店保安的服務或是房間服務需求的響應都很棒，入住還送一些簡單的熱食，比如銀耳羹等。
房間設施設備挺齊全的，光線也特別好，房間也挺大的，隔音效果也很好哦！
地理位置還是比較便捷的，去大理古城，步行街都是特別的方便。

房間住着很舒服，衞生也不錯，邊邊角角沒有看到礙眼的東西。
早餐在整個價位的酒店來説已經非常好了。
