The sink drain was clogged. Front desk staff were kind and provided draino and also offered to pour it for us. I think they did the best they could. Housekeeping should ensure however that the drains drain properly after they have cleaned them to prevent this from happening in the future.

I love staying at Best Westerns. This one was the dirtiest inclusive the carpets, furniture, and walls. The carpet had debris and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. There was white stuff on the chair that looked like male bodily fluid and what looked like vomit on the wall/Walmart and phone cord. It was gross. Someone had a good time in this room, but it wasn’t me!! The towels were thin and small too.

The management of this property needs training on how to survive in the hospitality business. Never have we been greeted or treated so poorly.
From rooms smelling of smoke to faulty locks and caustic attitude when trying to resolve the issues…
Avoid this Best Western and go elsewhere, anywhere.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Spa was lovely after a long day of driving. My only thing was the young girl checking us in acted like she didn't like people in general what so ever. Really struggled to be engaging or friendly.

We enjoyed our stay there. Great hotel, our room was clean and spacious and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend it. We liked it and will return to this hotel again.
