Check in and out was quick and easy; Joshua at the front desk was amazing. Loved the spacious room and everything was clean. Location was good and parking was free.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Only complaint was that we booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and it was broken and had been for some time apparently. It was not stated anywhere on the website during booking.

We were assigned a room where the air did no work. After they check why, we were assigned to another room. The staff wasn’t very cordial, but might have been a bad day for them. The room that we stayed after being reassigned, was great.

No towels in room, would not deliver towels to room because housekeeping was closed. Coffee maker in room but no coffee or cups, and again would not resolve.
Had restaurant charges on bill that were not ours.
Our room # was 307, the bill and computer said we were in room #509. Personnel was either unable or unwilling to resolve any of the issues.

This hotel is perfectly reasonable for the price. Plenty of room and very clean. Everything seemed fairly new. My only knock on it would be the walls were quite thin and I was roomed next to some incredibly loud people.

Great location, close to everything. Safe parking, doors locked w/ key access at night (Nice feature), rooms are spacious and comfortable. Updated TVs (So many hotels don't have this...), nice workstation, comfy matresses, cold AC, overall everything was excellent.
