This place was perfectly located to walk all around Dallas! Beautiful, clean and amazing views. If I’m ever back in Dallas, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, clean, staff were helpful particularly Sergio who was very helpful and nothing was too hard for him. No shopping in the area even for basics just a small CVS with very limited supplies. No shopping malls close by.

Stayed for a long weekend. Check in was easy, staff was beyond helpful, accommodations were clean and comfortable. Location was perfect to downtown - walking distance to many things. Building safe and secure

I did like the property location a lot, I went out for run, the view is amazing, the beds are so good, the gym is soo cool, the few accessories included in the kitchen are in good condition, however some services where not convenient at all. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and I was told the room doesn't included cleaning service, I could had it for an extra fee, regardless of the nights you are staying. The lights on the room are a disaster, and not all of them worked. The shower didn't hold, also the tub caused water to spill over the sides.
In summary I do recommend the place, and I expect it to improve.

Had no expectations as never experienced this type of hands-off hotel before. But from the time I received the email with access details until this moment when I walked out the door, it has been of such high standard that I still don’t believe my luck.
