Everything was fantastic except being on the bottom floor cause the water pressure noise from the other room was so loud and made it hard to sleep until the top floors were done using thier showers, other than noise it was great.

This was an inexpensive hotel that met our needs. The breakfast was less appetizing (the eggs especially) than we hoped but there was a waffle machine. Will not stay there again, but for our family of 5 it was affordable and we slept decently.

Our stay was good. Room was awesome. But there was only two things wrong coffee stains by the toilet paper on the wall, and the bathroom fan needs oiled.

The pillows were horrid. The bathroom had bugers on the wall. The bathroom had a broken tile that wasn't sealed back down leaving sharp edges sticking up. The sink wouldn't drain so you had standing dirty water in it. The window was cracked and let in cold air. The place was generally just not clean. This was the second room because the first one was ice cold and the heater didn't work.

The older man at the desk when checking in wasn't helpful at all and honestly rude and was hard of hearing so even when speaking up and slowly he couldn't understand us, he also took over 30 minutes just to get us checked in

After checking in around 9:30 PM I went and grabbed the snack when I came back to the hotel to put the snack in the microwave. It popped a breaker and I had no power in my hotel room for the rest of the night. in the morning I asked about it and they said there was no way for a refund at that time of night. I didn’t feel like complaining but taking a shower. The next morning in the dark was not a good experience.. asked about a refund they said no.

This was our second visit to this hotel within a 3 month span and just as pleased on the first visit. From the front desk & room cleaning staff, to the actual owners of the hotel, this place has the most hospitable, helpful, polite and guests friendly atmosphere you can ask for! Just the professionalism & pleasantries make up for any possible disappointments you may encounter during your visit. We travel and stay at many different hotels annually throughout the United States and the world, I very rarely ever complement a hotel with such acolytes as I give to Baymont Hotel in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho.
