The room we had was spacious and clean, with view on harbour and Indian ocean. Also a large balcony . Breakfast good, location excellent Staff friendly and helpful. Highly advisable for everyone looking for a hotel in Dar-es-salaam Shortly, the ratio quality / price is very good.

The services at the hotel were great, we were well received and catered for. Great location, there is mall nearby so you basically have access to everything you need, good spacious rooms. The only challenged is the facilities look a bit old and need to be upgraded, Because the pictures show new facilities however when you get there its not what is potrayed in the pictures this was a bit dissapointing.

The property was on the upper floors within a larger commercial office building. Slightly unusual lay-out with the location of the reception and resturant areas. Staff freindly and helpful.
