The best hotel is guaranteed for business, as all Darmstadt-relevant companies are right around the corner. Too far from the center for tourists.
But: a great hotel with a fantastic concept. Everything looks newly renovated, and with love. Staff very helpful - 24/7. Super clean...
We felt very comfortable.
Breakfast service was also very good.

Location is OK
Two rooms were charged to me even though I had only booked one.
The front desk employee was incompetent and rude and did not address my concerns.
In the room, no remote control for the TV.
WiFi slow and prone to interference. No bedside table

When I checked in that night, I paid 36 euros for breakfast for three people on the spot. I agreed to give a receipt the next day, but I didn’t give it when I finally checked out. Not the most functional or cleanest hotel you’ve been to, but an overall good experience due to the kind staff. The party afterwards made it a 3 start review since what you need is a clean and comfort bed and a good shower, which weren’t exactly what I got :/

Always a pleasant stay when on business in Darmstadt. I specifically appreciate the spacious gym and the quiet rooms. Overall quiet a modern feel to it, but nothing fancy. Maybe more dining options could be nice, as the area doesn't provide much

Bathroom is nice and the beds are cozy. The breakfast is a 7/10 but okay…. The rooms are big enough. The city is just okay. The stuff is reallyyyyyy niceeeee !!! The light are okay. The chairs are great. It’s not so rainy.. there is a bar with drinks and coffee.
