設施：40寸液晶屏電視，柔軟的席夢思。就是置物台窄了點，牀頭櫃都是包了皮的很柔軟，空調很新噪音小。停車方便。
衞生：每天都有打掃很乾凈。
環境：安靜舒適。
服務：熱情周到，就是早餐簡單了點，豆漿，油條饅頭，水煮蛋，然後有兩個水煮菜兩個酸菜一個花生米。

這家住了好幾次了，每次回大田都選這家，之前是因為房間打掃的還算乾淨，但是近兩次住衞生都變得很堪憂，上一次是床上衞生間到處的毛髮，污漬，我忍受不了最後是給我們換房了，這一次同樣床單有黃色印記，是那種漂白都漂不掉的，一百塊也就將就算了。昨晚參加完婚禮回來，發現房卡找不到了，到前台去補辦，工作人員告知房卡要額外收費，我老公當時就問需要收多少，工作人員回覆他也不清楚，第二天退房，房卡是當面交給了前台的，前台也不告知要扣費的事情，回去的路上直接看到扣款50，你們這招瞞天過海先斬後奏做的挺好，覺得我們是外地人對吧？一百塊的房間一張房卡50，我不懂你們的收費標準，而你們的收費也是可以在完全不告知客人的情況下直接亂收的，我們自己也是做酒店的，就這樣子的旅店以後是絕對不會再回來住了，徹底黑名單

位置好，前面大街，後面臨溪，溪邊有木棧道。酒店看起來是新裝修的，大堂和房間都整潔明凈，一塵不染。前台接待笑容可掬，熱情温馨。早餐衞生可口，無可挑剔。酒店內部有獨立的停車場場。

第二次來，一如既往的整潔乾淨，是這裏為數不多的有早餐的賓館。周邊都是居民樓，很安靜，睡的很舒服。而且前台小姐姐居然還記得我，還很熱情的提示我，最近這裏老是突然就下雨，有需要出門的話可以到前台免費借傘，讓人感覺温馨。

新裝修的賓館，設施很新，很乾凈，服務態度也值得表揚。門口就是停車場，停車方便。賓館位置在縣城中心區域，去哪都方便，走着去都行。賓館旁邊就是貫穿縣城的河流，河面上還有很適合散步的木棧道，在上面走走很舒服。
