The room was 'acceptable', minimum supply, TV didn't work, carpet patched horribly, bed good. No coffee in room, no decaf coffee available. 'Breakfast' was an absolute joke. Cold cereal and waffles. Didn't even eat there. I'll never return to this hotel.

I stayed here last year and had a wonderful experience. This year was not as great. They had a difficult time finding my reservation. When we got into the room we checked for bed bugs--just a standard thing to do in ANY hotel. We didn't find any. The drain in the bathtub was not clear and so by the end of quick shower the water was ankle deep. The tub looked dirty. When we got ready to go to bed we found a bed bug in the bed. Then, after searching the room again, found another one on the floor. They did move us to another room that seemed to be clear of bugs. Upon checking out the clerk said that many times the guests will bring in bed bugs (which is true, and they do spray weekly for them), but that the prior guest in that room had no complaints of bugs...it felt like he was insinuating that my friend and I brought them in which is NOT true. This may have been a "fluke" but i would suggest checking your room very carefully upon arrival.

No internet service. When I told front desk female she told I was ready to go??? I had no internet. She said yes and didn’t understand one word I said. No internet

Great hotel, staff was very friendly. The people next door to my room were very loud but other than that no complaints. I loved the jetted tub. It was worth the extra $ for the time I stayed here.

The front desk check in clerk, Robert Silver, was so accommodating. After completely checking in and learning that we were on the second floor with no elevator, I asked was there any way that we could get a downstairs room. After explaining my situation, he graciously and without hesitation replied yes. He then changed our room to the bottom floor and to a room right at the door so we did not have to walk that far. His genuine concern for our well being meant so much to us. A great big thank you to Me. Silver. Your caring ways are truly appreciated!

Choice to stay here for the heated pooled. Called to make sure it was up and working. Was told yes it was but once we got there it was closed. Being a holiday we knew there wouldnt be much for kids to do so not having the pool was very disappointing for them

There were NO cups nor ice bucket in room. There was a short in the bedside lamp. The hvac scared me, I was afraid of a possible fire when using the unit and DID NOT attempt hair dryer. It looked dangerous. I had an overall bad experience. Was concerned about cleanliness throughout the hotel. There was NO hot water in sink and the shower was tepid at best. Will not visit this hotel again.

We were in town for a wedding and was trying to find something reasonable the people that waited on us were very nice
Overall it was ok but the bed was terrible they need new ones! It
And the bathroom needs upgrades the lighting was not good and the tub looked like it had seen better days it was not the worst that I have seen
But these older hotels really need to invest in their properties
