I had booked a room on the hotels own website and received a confirmation. All fine I thought, not knowing how chaotic this hotel was. When I arrived I was told that the booking had been cancelled. No apology, no offer for an alternative accommodation, not even the offer to help. Only after I stubbornly insisted to get a room, the lady at the checkin counter agreed to find an alternative. Which she did, in another hotel a bit outside the center, but she expected me to pay 30% extra, as the alternative room was more expensive. Stubbornness paid off again, I got the alternative room for the original price. The claim, hotel staff speaks English, French, Spanish, is a wish, in the best of cases. French they speak, Google the other languages. One extra remark: In reality the hotel look nowhere near as nice as on the photographs

Accueil extrêmement bienveillant et efficace , choix d'un appartement avec une vue superbe , studio très bien agencé avec un look retro hospitalier vintage tout à fait surprenant , studio "cocon" malgré les apparences de départ

Les studios sont très propres et très fonctionnels. L’ambiance un peu futuriste du hall ajoute à l’originalité du lieu.
Attention au système de code d’entrée apres 19h qui est complexe et capricieux…

J M B Bonjour, ayant pris le soin de téléphoner pour faire ma réservation (plutôt que de la faire sur le site, car je trouve ça impersonnel ) et avoir une chambre/studio qui me convenait avec la vue et l'emplacement souhaiter, entendu et validé par la personne que j'ai eue au téléphone qui m'a même expliquer quelle chambre m'étais destiné, quelle n'a pas été ma surprise arrivant à l'hôtel quand on m'a attribuer chambre/studio qui n'avait rien à voir avec celle que j'avais réservé m'expliquant qui ne pouvais pas me donner celle qui était convenu car il n'y en avait plus et donc je devais me contenter de celle-là ! Autant dire que j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'incompétence du personnel au niveau de ma prise de réservation !
