酒店在一個熱帶雨林一樣的花園中，環境很好，在裏面散步很舒服。房間有點小，有陽台，因為飛蟲多，不敢到陽台活動。衞生間有點小，馬桶和淋浴放一起，淋浴後馬桶都是水。

房間比較小，但春節期間280的價格含早餐，我還是很滿意了，畢竟最近住的都很一般價格還死貴。
帶小孩床可以合到一起很寬帶上媽媽也夠了。
房間裏面和走廊都很新很乾凈，唯一就是大堂很臟沒人打掃，沒有接待人員。至少派個阿姨隨時打掃公共區域更好。還有房間裏面有個小陽台，雖然很小人不肯能外面休息，但陽台煙頭還有陽台欄桿也應該打掃乾淨，畢竟空氣好早上站陽台看風景呼吸新鮮空氣還是不錯的。
這個酒店和老木棉是同一家酒店品牌，這個是打造的工業風，價格適合年輕人，統一在老木棉餐廳吃早餐，早上走路10分鐘。
住這家酒店非常好的是在景區裏，很大，吃完早餐景區裏房車營地裏有很大户外小童樂園，走過去幾分鐘還能打卡中越邊境，對面就是越南。842界碑1、2、3、號，順着兩邊鋼絲網還有警報聲，感受中越邊境線的另一番滋味。
酒店推薦，YYDS，有預算的住老木棉酒店位置更好，餐廳和休閑更方便，設施老舊，但不影響品質。差評也多，但我認為可以忽略。

辦入住時直接升級到了老木棉酒店。在這個景區內的酒店，屬於廣旅集團管理，應該是德天瀑布附近最好最正規的酒店了。不知道為什麼還有那麼多差評？前台客服非常有禮貌，又耐心。房間乾淨整潔，還貼心送了水果，有袋子可以用木桶泡澡，去德天玩了一天泡個澡太舒服了呀。
酒店本身就是個景區，很值得逛一逛，後面有界碑界河，不用去德天排隊拍照啦。
酒店離德天正門還有七八公里，適合自駕或包車出行的。
酒店有早餐，品種比較豐富。
如果攜家帶口，不想去試錯的話，選這個木棉花酒店吧，後面還有𠆤房車營地，有小童遊樂場，真的非常推薦。

住在景區裏面，景區不錯，還看到了界碑，還有一個小九寨溝，總體還是滿意的，園林裏有壁虎也是正常的，但是有點怕怕的……經理為我們更換了房間，總體比較滿意

酒店在景區，內部環境安靜，服務態度不錯。我們住的藝術客棧，房間很簡陋，設施陳舊，毛巾破破爛爛，房間內連電話都沒有。入住性價比不高。

酒店在木棉花景區裏面，後面就能看到界碑和界河。
房間是以前宿舍改造的，有點簡陋了，但是這個價格也是能接受了。
早餐地方在主樓，有點遠，但是勝在去德天瀑布方便。

遭遇到刷不開門的事情，雖然不快但是我欣賞酒店處理問題的態度，值班的陸經理很好的處理了我們的情況，還幫我們升級了房間，第二天還有人專門何時我反應的問題。該説不説確實是這幾年我遇到處理問題最滿意的一次了。説説酒店環境確實好，交通也方便，美中不足就是各個樓離前台有點遠

前台服務非常好！停車也很方便！ 直接給我們升級了主樓！ 早餐雞肉粉很好吃！ 其他菜品也還好 唯一美中不足的是 其他菜品早上大部分是涼了 可能是淡季得過！總之體驗不錯

酒店停車方便，房間乾淨整潔，裝修有品位有創意，前台接待服務熱情，解釋詳盡，夜晚幽靜，老木棉酒店位於原生態叢林之中，溪水潺潺，多棵木棉樹粗壯挺撥，百門陣的百家姓起源，紫園的成語典故，受益匪淺，整個園區處處是景觀，大路小徑是散步好去處。
早餐豐富，晚餐自點品種多，價格合格。
最好的是位於中越邊境，隔界河可觀望越南景觀村屯，又在德天大瀑布景區，是遊覽德天大瀑布
住宿的最佳選擇。
