房間裏面衞生乾淨，服務質量態度都很好，特別喜歡酒店門前的那一排桂花，在房間都能聞到外面的桂花香，非常非常滿意，下次來大英一定還住四月天酒店

“最美人間四月天”，住進大英四月天酒店後，腦子裡一直想的是這句話，也是自己入住期間由內到外實實在在的感覺，就是一種美、心裏美滋滋的愉悦感。因為酒店從外部環境到內部裝修，都透着那麼一股子清新別緻，富含韻味，讓人可以有步入優美庭院的賞心悦目；更重要的是房間裏一塵不染，被褥毛巾整潔如新，店裡的工作人員不僅儀態優雅，而且服務專業，熱情周到，又讓人有回到舒適居家的輕鬆舒適安心快樂。一次很滿意的入住，一次尤如“人間四月天”般美美的體驗，大讚👍！！！
下次來大英，依然選“四月天”！

説下不滿意的地方，第一：鏡前感應燈不能手動關，房間裏面的電話連自家服務枱電話都打不出去，純屬擺設！打前台的電話問了説那個燈是感應的，你不動了半個小時左右會自己關，有點無語，起來上個廁所，或者半夜起來拿個啥他就樣子亮着，晃的睡不着！
第二就是半夜居然在床上發現了蟲子，內心好崩潰啊！
第三 我們通過攜程訂的房間，兩個人的房間一張早餐券，問前台説的我們網絡上訂的就是衹有一張，我問你們現場訂呢？他説現場你們房間住多少人我們就給多少！我更無語！同樣的房間我在攜程上訂的價格更貴些還不給餐券，而他們現場訂更便宜一些還包早餐券，因為他們酒店在半山腰上，一大早出去吃早餐會走很遠的路很不方便，所以這個好感度大大拉低了！而且我訂的房間在這樣的縣級城市這個價格也不算便宜吧！害的早上為了吃個早餐找了好遠，哎-_-||

酒店環境很好，雖然可以看出有些年份，但衞生維護的很好，在大英算性價比很高的了！超級喜歡窗口對着後山那一抹綠色，陪媽媽在這裏度過了愜意的三天。
前台小姐姐幫我儲存需要放冰箱的東西，幫我收快遞，還趕緊找剪刀幫忙拆開。都非常nice🤗

房間大小適中，設計的古色古香，建在公園裡麪的小山，視線和風景不錯，可惜因為下雨天，所以灰濛濛的不太漂亮。
