400多的酒店居然還有蟑螂，晚上蟑螂在洗手間爬到卧室，喊了工作人員來處理，居然説給蟑螂噴葯，請問有人住裏面還可以噴葯嗎？人難道不會吸入毒氣嗎？ 找了好久沒找到蟑螂 工作人員又走了。第二天早上起來蟑螂又在洗手間出現了，去退房要求給出處理結果。酒店安排了兩個人加我微信 微信衹是道歉，有什麼用。事情已經發生了 也不拿出處理態度。這樣的酒店很快就會垮了，大家睜大眼睛。選擇新一些的酒店吧。

設施陳舊，空調不暖和，開到30度都不行；如果在晚上8點多九點洗澡，水温很冷，在冬天如此；一會兒洗手盆又堵了……牆壁簡直不能看

住過幾次了，這次體驗最差。前台接待服務不好，愛理不理，問半天都不想説話，對待其他客人也是這樣，看着就來氣。外面下雪，借把傘都説沒空，讓客房拿被子還不太想拿。早餐多付了一個人的錢，結果去吃，餐廳服務員還不清楚，溝通不暢。説好的增值服務一樣沒有。

達州很好的一家酒店，酒店使用智能機器人送物、引領，且前台大堂副理小郭服務好，瞭解客人需求並及時解決，酒店地理位置也是甚佳，距離達州4級濕地公園蓮花湖3公里左右，開車10分鐘左右。

多次入住，畢竟這裏屬於達州最好的酒店。
酒店位於達州市中心，周邊商超美食多多，重慶火鍋，麻辣烤魚，各種美味百吃不厭。
酒店設施齊全，服務到位，早餐豐盛，健身房配置完善，尤其是最近剛剛做了重新佈置，設備擺放更加合理，管理有序。
