The transportation is convenient, parking is convenient, and the breakfast is okay. The rooms are okay, but the bathroom is small and has poor facilities. There is an Asian restaurant that serves American-style Asian food that is quite unpalatable.

Own parking lot, free parking. The level of brand service management is relatively stable. The front desk service is friendly and warm. There is no microwave in the room. The bathroom is a bathtub, which is inconvenient to use and the water is not smooth. In general, the basic level of the brand is basically maintained, but the maintenance of hygiene and facilities needs to be strengthened.

It was a little loud in the morning because it’s so close to a busy road and the whole second floor is being held for homeless people and people in the area were warning me to be careful and cautious

At checking service desk staff was friendly but when I got to the room I got disappointed to see how dirty the floor carpet was with stain like blood around the bed area and at the restaurant the greeter was not polite when I asked her about to go container for the breakfast because I wanted to eat in my room so she told me that I am entitled to only one forcing me to eat in there.

Stayed here because attended an event here, room was average, heat/fan very loud , breakfast was very good.

It was a great stay. The staff was great very friendly. I'll definitely be back. I love Mr Hugh.

We always have a great stay at this Holiday Inn! It's right off 93/95, has smart courteous staff and "Bamboo" next door. (Try the lobster sauce.)

I would say not so good. We never had a room key during our stay and had to rely on staff to let us in our room when we wanted to return. This defeats the purpose of having a hotel room and felt more like a dormitory. This is an issue you think would be priority to fix but we stayed for two days and never had a correction to the issue or anything offered in return for the inconvenience. This was our place to stay when visiting family in the area but think we will be moving on after this experience.

Right near I-95 entrance. Big shopping mall and movie theaters within 10 min drive. Lors of good restaurants within 5-10 min drive. Room clean, spacious - kibg size bed, nice cushioned chair with ottoman. Only lukewarm water for shower. When i was there TV not working and their keyless entry to rooms not working. Had to be escorted to room by staff to open room door each time.

Weird property. Dingy. Weird people around outside. Dark, quiet and gloomy inside.

Breakfast was 12.95 on your sight It said 7 something every other hotel usually have free breakfast no business center and no service from the maid gentleman at front desk were very good when we walked in the place smelt like fish really bad down stairs

It was a quiet and chill vibe.The staff was always friendly! The rooms are dated. Time to update the place, perhaps.

The staff was friendly but the facility is in a very unwalkable location. It’s surrounded by large parking lots and they have potholes, no sidewalks and limited lighting. The facility itself is very average. The breakfast which we purchased twice was not great. Food wasn’t hot and even the dinning room was cold.

Staff at as great but we had a clogged shower that we had to deal with and when we asked to change rooms the staff member inquired about our sleeping arrangements (queer couple w a king) and then tried to move us to two queens. It felt like a something that would not have happened if we were a heterosexual couple and it made us uncomfortable when he asked if we were sharing a bed. Very friendly guy and I know he meant nothing by it but it really disappointed me.
