我網上線下也在這裏住了10多次了，這次體驗尤其糟糕。第一開房時，前台自以為是的狡黠讓人很不爽。第二在入住過程中，下午走廊在敲門，晚上在敲門，早上也在敲門，而且是持續性的，根本沒有休息好，後來得知因為中考住了很多小孩子，但是在辦理入住時前台為什麼不告知，不是我不理解，大家工作都不容易，我也需要舒適的休息環境，如果前台提前告知，我是不是可以表示理解，是不是也可以選擇換個酒店？第三本身就沒有休息好，為了多睡會，早餐都沒去吃，結果1點半的時候前台打電話告訴我2點要退房，攜程訂單上顯示是3點退房。經常會來德江出差，基本也都是住的這個酒店，以後大概不會來了，我真想把我的所有訂單拉出來給差評

這個店滿滿的套路，不推薦！入住交300按金，第二天早上退275元，搞得我又開車回酒店問是什麼情況，查房説有一盒xx套打開了，這就怪了，我一個人入住怎麼可能用那東西，我要求調監控，後面酒店管理人員還是退回我25元了。

酒店在步行街旁邊，因為是過年所以有點吵。房間還算乾淨衞生，但是空調沒有冷氣，入住那天白天20多度的天氣，晚上12點過房間裏面都是接近20度。前台都沒提醒進門插卡空調會自動吹熱風，進去後越來越熱，打電話問前台才説沒有冷氣，叫來的維修人員也是一句把空調關了，開窗很快就涼快了。你們沒考慮過年期間外面各種煙花火炮放一晚上是有多吵嗎？噼噼啪啪的能睡着？

酒店服務非常差勁 當天辦理入住的時候前台服務員跟欠他幾百萬似的 擺個臭臉 出門忘帶房卡 讓他們再給一張卡 告知我因為酒店滿房 房卡不充足 讓阿姨給我們開門 我説好的 上去之後等了很久阿姨來了 一上來就對我們説 你們不可以把房卡帶着嗎 她每天很忙沒時間來給我們開門 指責我們且態度非常惡劣 第二天退房的時候讓前台給我們存一下行李 她告知我前台放的行李太多了存不了我們的行李 明明我衹看見一兩個小包讓他們前台 跟我説存不了行李 還説放這裏丟了誰負責？ ？？ 難道你們酒店給客人存行李丟了還要客人自己負責？？？ 那還開什麼酒店呢？ 最不理解最離譜的是她還吼我 吼完我之後説我吼她？？？ 最後找到他們經理 經理告知我們是因為最近過年太忙 沒培訓到位 也因為上一個客人的原因讓前台心情不好 難道因為忙 因為上一個客人給你帶來的不好情緒 你就可以對下一個客人甩臉？ 酒店設施設備也是極其垃圾 浴缸的水塞一直漏水 床頂上燈也是閃了一晚上關都關不掉 真的是無語死 入住體驗極差 前台服務極差 垃圾 要不是為了評價一分都不想給🙏
