Overall a great property for what I paid. The concern I had was the elevator a couple of times seemed iffy. Everything else was great.

Was a nice clean and updated hotel. Room was nice. Mercie at the front desk was wonderful and very welcoming. Only Complaint was loud people in other rooms near us.

Everyone at the desk was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and up-to-date. It did not stink in the room. They allowed us to stay after checkout and use the indoor heated pool. I am very happy with my stay.

Coming in on a friday the hotel clerk was rude upon check in. The rooms are ok, but it wasn't very clean. I was told they were short housekeepers. There were crumbs all over our room floor and the bathtub wasn't cleaned. Saturday there was a note in our room saying they didnt get to our room for cleaning, so two days dirty room. We asked front desk for more shampoo and was limited to one each. Sunday on check out I asked to speak to manager and asked to get atleast $50 returned to me for the very dirty room and no manager on duty. The desk clerk called the head of housekeeping via radio who was extremely snotty and said for me to leave a note for manager and he would see it on Monday. More than likely it will be ignored as we will be back home.
The free breakfast was cold and omelets tasted funny.
I wouldn't recomend staying here. The rooms are dirty and staff is snotty. I really wasn't impressed.

Enjoyed the warm pool several times! Room was clean, comfortable. Good variety at breakfast.
