"I had booked a suite and paid a thousand rupees extra for breakfast included. Not only was the place unhygienic and dirty but the the entire staff was uncooperative as well. There was no breakfast available ( no breakfast buffet) and were told that there is no such service here and to take the issue up with MMT. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and after repeated calls to the reception and housekeeping for mosquito repellent, no one came with any help and also stopped answering phone calls. The owner showed up the next day but no issues were solved and not even the courtesy of a refund was offered.Please do not stay here. Stay on the road instead, would still be a better stay. "

"Me and wife stayed at hotel relax between 19 and 20 aug 2023. The experience was excellent. We reached early to the check-in time by 3 hrs but then also they immediately arranged for our room. We in the meanwhile enjoyed there breakfast which was also great. Overall super place having, great room, sufficient parking super, friendly and prompt staff and service. Highly recommended"
