If you want to explore this part of Cyprus, which I thoroughly recommend you do, then here is the perfect base and a lovely place to stay anyway. The accommodation is simple and rustic comprising several bungalows, detached and semi detached, all with air conditioning, kettle, fridge/small freezer box, a separate shower room, an outside washing line and table & chairs on a large patio. Murat the owner was a wonderful host and we had a lovely breakfast with him. There is a lot to go see from here but I would recommend Oasis Restaurant and Ayphilon Beach which are both a short drive north. Would certainly come back. (We visited last October & I have been meaning to post this review since then as this hotel deserves your custom & support).

Great place to stay in the Karpaz peninsula. The staff is really friendly and they make everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was superb and it’s just walking distance from two major churches/mosques in the area. A very beautiful place.

An absolutely wonderful little hotel! The rooms are clean and have all the basics you would expect, including a fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet, apart from the odd bell tolling and the wildlife in the evening. The owners and staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We made a request for a vegan breakfast to be provided (extra cost of €10 each per day). And to be honest we didn’t expect much, but my word were we wrong! Probably the best breakfast we have had in ages, and SOOOOO much of it! The hotel is lovely and the owners and staff are fantastic. Well worth the price. If you’re vegan I would definitely recommend, although I recommend it if you’re not! If they can do a breakfast for us at a great standard, they can definitely do a “normal” one that will please you!

If you want a place to get away from it all then this IS it. Accommodation is rural consisting of numerous bungalows, detached and semi detached. All have air con, kettle, fridge/small freezer box, separate shower room, outside washing line and table & chairs on a large patio. Murat the owner could not do enough for us and we opted to stay in both evenings and enjoyed a wholesome cooked meal. There is a fabulous beach and two bars close by accessible by car.

What can I say about this small friendly family run hotel. I could not emphasis how wonderful our stay was. The whole family could not do enough for us, it was our wedding anniversary and my birthday whislt we stayed there, Murat made us a lovely special sweet for our anniversary and on my birthday, they actually made me cry with a wonderful, totally unexpected surprise. His sister is an amazing cook and we left them to choose our evening meal every day and nothing was a dissappiontment, food we would never have though to choose of a menu, but all superb. Breakfast was full of lots of variety of food. We truly ate like kings. Rooms comfortable and clean. It was a pleasure to stay there, relaxing, charming & quiet. More places should be like this, it was a step back in time to true Cypriot hospitality. We chose this hotel as we wanted to explore the area as only made day visits from the Kyrenia area, we would thoroughly reccomend.

Excellent & friendly place ,i stayed 3 nights. The owner Murat is a charming & superb chef , enjoy also his cooking. This hotel is highly recommended, l will be back. The prices are very reasonable . The room was very clean

We chose to stay overnight in the Karpaz, rather than do the entire journey in one day and we came across this gem. Its a lovely family run guesthouse, simple but comfortable with lovely owners and their pets. The bed was super comfortable and sitting, having your breakfast whilst gazing across their garden cant be beaten. Plus throw into the mix that right across the road is a woman who cooks home-made food (for dinner) and this is a real find. Thanks to all for a lovely stay and the highlight of our North Cyprus holiday.

Insomma e' un piccolo hotel gestito dalla famiglia di Murat nella natura con animali da cortile in giro e soprattutto bellissimi cani e gatti.....qui di per friendly. Quindi se avete problemi girate alla larga ( ma da tutta Cipro Nord perché qui cani e gatti sono trattati benissimo) Nell'ultima città prima della *****ola di Karpaz ci sono piccoli hotel come questi. Camere pulite con tutti gli accessori compreso TV e wifi ( non molto potente ma funzionale) . Colazione eccellente ma di tipo turco fatta al momento abbastanza costosa per Cipro Nord (10 euro) ma Ve la dovete fare andar bene perche intorno non c'è nulla o poco....e noi italiani non mangiamo tutto quello preparato. In compenso non cercate ristoranti nei dintorni perché non c'è ne sono ( forse uno) perché la cena e' veramente ottima e conveniente per noi 14 euro carne e 16 pesce , ma per i turco ciprioti non e' regalata. Notte negative: 1) Murat e' musulmano praticante e quindi non serve Alcol ne vino, ne birra, e quindi acqua o thè caldo . Credo che nella scheda dell'hotel ristorante debba essere indicato ed e' la prima volta che mi capita. 2) il secondo giorno non ci hanno rifatto la camera e non sappiamo se e' una politica loro nessuno ci ha detto nulla. 3) Murat parla un po' di inglese il rimanente personale solo turco....quindi dovete sapere e comprendere un po' di inglese. Però alla fine merita per genuinità prodotti e location

Aile işletmesi . Akşam yemeklerindeki mezeleri , ızgaraları çok lezzetliydi. Şeftali kebabını da ilk burada yedik.Çok beğendik. Kahvaltıda kendi yaptıkları reçelleri , lokma ve pankek de çok güzeldi. Odaları ferah ve temiz. Biz bayramda ve rezervasyonumuzu booking’den yaptırdığımız için normalden pahalıydı. Dipkapraz’da kalacaksanız tavsiye ederim.
