Dark Forest Retreat

Location was very nice and beautiful. Only thing I did not like is the connectivity. There was no range for any carrier like jio Vodafone Airtel. On top of that the hotel wi-fi was also not working. Also it took lot of time to deliver the food which was ordered. But the hotel staff was very nice and cooperative and ready to help always. The food was really awesome with lots of varieties in fish and chicken and that too very tasty. If connectivity doesn't matter and u need to isolate urself dan u must visit this place. Beautiful view with all clouds coming down . I really enjoyed it. Thank you.

Our family, ***** with a few other couples and their kids, had stayed at Dark Forest Retreat in Amboli, and it exceeded all our expectations. Most places of interest were within a comfortable distance from the hotel, adding to the overall convenience. The peaceful surroundings and well-maintained facilities made our stay truly special. We enjoyed every moment and found it to be a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Dark Forest Retreat in Amboli is highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy nature and spend quality time with family in a tranquil setting. We would love to return for another visit!

We stayed in their premium room for 3 nights. The stay was comfortable. The property is blessed with scenic natural beauty. It is clean and well maintained with all amenities.

One of my favorite places to visit in amboli though on my 4th visit i was thoroughly disappointed, there was openly drinking and chaotic crowd embarrassing themselves and people around in the resort and even after complains and talking with the owner instead of stopping the madness of an otherwise serene tranquil place we were asked to shift rooms as he said they have booked a lot of rooms and that meant it was okay to behave in that fashion. It's a beautiful place with very good food just want the management to focus on making it back into a family friendly place and not let short sighted and allow such behaviour allowed openly and kill their own business

Beautiful, peaceful location with pretty cottages, excellent service and a good in-house restaurant. Special compliments to the staff, especially the two young ladies at the reception, who are polite and very helpful. Would definitely like to visit again.

Dark forest retreat is a wonderful place! the owner was courteous, staff friendly! the room was clean and well appointed! food was delicious! enjoyed our brief stay!

One of the best property to stay, very silent atmospher, friendly staff, food is very good with reasonal price, there is no mob network in resort but provide wifi in all areas of resort. Thank u dark forest retreat amboli

Dark forest is a lovely resort to stay in. It's been maintained very well. Everything including the rooms, bathrooms are very clean too. Most of all everyone at the resort starting from mr. Dinesh gawade to all the staff are very polite, courteous and helpful too. We definitely will be making several more trips to dark forest to enjoy nature at its very bestest. Thank you for the lovely and comfortable stay.
