From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was met with disinterest and rudeness from the staff named ISSAM, introducing himself as the Manager. And us inquiring who is his Superior, replied with a ‘IT IS NONE OF OUR BUSINESS’. As being a guest of a tenant to attend a holiday dinner, it was a nightmare that other visitors just went home of disappointment. The guy is very unprofessional in dealing with the guest and their visitors, especially talking very rude to us. Confronting the guy properly that the way he deals with their clients is clearly not correct, he insisted that it is professional which definitely not. He offered to call the police so we can complain his attitude like ***. This might be a case of racism as we are Asians. And being part of the Hospitality Industry, this kind of attitude is NOT TOLERATED at all. It is very disappointing and horrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY.

This is our second time here , first one was better actually, the place still good but we didn’t feel welcome honestly they didn’t treat us as a guests specially in the check in , we were treated like Normal people or colleagues Wich I didn’t like , because iam still a guest . The service was slow for us , sometimes they didn’t answer our calls , and they way of answering the phone was weird its like they just wanna make it fast , We asked for some service he literally told us to do it by our selves really ? . In the last day the service was fine I would like to thank vanlal who answered the phone in a friendly manner , and for her smile and her great service . Wanna thank also Chandra for being nice . And of course our super star deeksh , his great service that made me remember him for the 2nd time . Thanks for Ali also he was smiling to us . Keep it up !

I think it is fair to say that the staff are some of the politest I have ever encountered in a hotel. Many thanks to them for being so cheery and helpful. The only real detraction for me was the lack of plug sockets on the room especially next to the bed. Poor design. One final tip, Uber is incredibly cheap here and a brilliant service.

The staff are accomodating and the room was big and the view from our room was awwweesoomme……...!!!will definitely book another time on this hotel. the pool attendant was also doing his job seriously as he watch the children’s safety while on the poool. Me and our family did had a very good time while we are checked in. Awesome staycation!!!!

This is probably my favorite hotel to come back to.. overall Special mention to Mercy the staff at the pub who go the extra mile to remember your name, and to make sure you're completely satisfied. got the service absolutely right - the ability to make you feel like you are coming back to your home. The facilities are excellent, and made sure the drinks & snacks were served just how we like it on each of the 3 days we visited there. Thank you

A special shout-out to Ruth Mercy at Hamilton’s as her service was awesome she recommended us the best dishes on the menu, clearly and happily communicates throughout..one of my most favorite places in Qatar…Warmly welcomed I have stayed almost in over 42 countries and I will choose here over and over again..

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it won't be my last! The room was wonderfully spacious, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had the best experience. I'm already looking forward to returning for another stay. ❤️ 10/10

Everything was amazing unforgettable moments really , Calm Hotel , rapide service and very friendly And Calm Team ! The Housekeeping were Amazing , The Brother From the maintenance i think he is from Uganda was so friendly and helpful. I wanna give a special Greet to Deeksh he is amazing with his Smile and his Attitude. We stayed in room 302 . The reception were amazing also thank you so much , definitely we are comin back inshalah .

I visited Doha for the first time and Akhil from reservations helped me a lot with all the information needed. Pamela and Mufthy from the front office were very accommodating and friendly, the check-in process was really smooth. The view from my apartment was partial marina and sea view which was breathtaking especially during night time.

We had a wonderful stay! It was better than we expected. The staff was very hepful and kind especially Deeksh. Rooms were so spacious and extra clean. Penthouse was exceptional. Will be recommending this hotel to all our friends and family. Thank you again for such delightful stay and enjoyable experience.

The view is amazing facing the marina bay, make sure to take as much wonderful photos with it. The only thing that disapoints me and family is that they were not able to resolve the plumbing issue in the kitchen sink, washing and cleaning dishes was a hassle since we had to cook for an occasion. They came to check the problem and told they would come back but they didn't. Two days with clogged drainage isn't very comfortable since we had to wash in the guest toilet sink.

A great place to stay. Feels so cozy nice and spacious place! Haseena is very responsive and helpful in all my questions and request. She is very accommodating, Easy to approach. For sure I will go back again. Highly recommended.

First, I would like to thank the reception staff, especially Pamela and Hasina, who greeted me at check-in to the hotel with a very beautiful smile and a very nice welcome that befits the reputation of the Rotana Hotel. It seems to me that they have studied the hotel welcome in a very elegant manner ,The one-bedroom apartment is very beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It has all the things you need.
