1. Terrible. I booked dinner for two for a week, and the first two times we ate there, it was for two people. Then one evening when I went to eat, the hotel told me they only had dinner for one person. My booking confirmation clearly stated two days, but the hotel wouldn't admit it, and I never got a reasonable explanation! 2. I asked the front desk to arrange for a staff member to take out the trash in my room, but they said the trash can was somewhere else and I'd have to take it out myself next time. Have you ever seen a hotel make its guests take out their own trash? 3. The hotel breakfast is not a buffet! Not a buffet! The selection is extremely limited, and you have to wait at least half an hour. There are only a few choices for breakfast. If you have plenty of time and aren't picky about the food, just head straight there.

The service was poor. The hotel management and public facilities were unprofessional. I do not recommend it and will not repeat the experience.

Apartment style room with kitchen microwave and even laundry machine. Big room king studio (cheapest room ) got room with partial view . No bathtub fyi . Comfort bed , comfort sofa, got amenities as well, bath robe, slipper , extra pillow, blanket. Perfect location for me, near MONOPRIX, cinema, hundreds of coffee shop, Yeehwa Korean restaurant. But the highlight was Hamilton restaurant and bar. Amazing food drinks . Great service … thank you for make me feel comfortable from reception, engineering, housekeeping, Hamilton teams, the breakfast lady who served me every morning , the dinner teams. The pool attendant . And also late check out . I don’t mind with old style of furniture. It’s about comfort and location . 🙏👍
