The hotel also had a free car pick-up and drop-off, even though my English level is zero Basic, but there is no inconvenience in this hotel, because they have Chinese service, I felt very satisfied in all aspects of the hotel, so I renewed the reservation for 2 days to come back from Dubai, because I was transiting from the United States to Doha, For the itinerary from Doha to Shanghai, I changed my ticket and stayed in Doha for 10 days, just to travel in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. As soon as I left the airport, the driver arranged by the hotel was waiting to pick me up there. When I arrived at the hotel lobby, the front desk arranged for check-in and sent my luggage and carry-on luggage to my room. You must know my luggage It weighs more than 50 kilograms. Without them, how difficult it would be for me to be alone! As soon as I entered the room, the waiter thoughtfully delivered fruits and snacks, because I was worried that I would arrive in the afternoon and be hungry. He also thoughtfully prepared a piece of home clothes for me, and I felt like going home immediately. I hurriedly took out the money to tip, but the waiter actually said no tip, I just don’t know what to say... My family I’m still worried about me. Just a short ride from Hamad International Airport ($5 Uber) and another short ride to the Al Corniche Street area to see many sites ($3 Uber) is this incredible Holiday Inn, I have never experienced a Holiday Inn like this before. Very reasonably priced that includes breakfast , a breakfast that you would see in high end restaurants, the staff is spot on and easy to communicate with, taking the time to talk and explain in detail your every concerns. The conversation always ends in a “ no problem sir” for example: I have a late flight leaving Doha today, asked for a late check out “no problem sir” asked at breakfast if I may return for breakfast after sitting for coffee “no problem sir” I was going to jot down names of the people who helped me….. everyone that I spoke with helped me! No need to look for any other hotels, this place is it. Many options for food and drinks on site, exercise facilities are immaculate, pool is inviting and the rooms are spacious.

When I first booked, I thought the price was wrong, very cheap and good quality. It should be a four-star bar. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are large and quiet. The buffet selection in the morning is quite a bit. The PLUTO restaurant on the first floor was so expensive. I ordered a snack, with a fried egg on top, two thin slices of beef in the middle, and a slice of toast below, which cost USD15. In addition, the wind and sand in Doha is very strong, and you can see that thick ash has accumulated on the window glass.

Washmashine combined with dryer was very nice adsition to my travels. They have a pool, gym and spa for the guests. Most stressful check in ever! Had to argue with staff for 90 minutes in order for them to give me key to my room that I had pre-paid 5 months ago for World Cup stay. Front desk staff tried to be nice and professional but manager was completely incompetent. Qatar Accommodation Agency bears part of the blame as well since they did not upload the required voucher into my Hayya account but this agency clearly not equipped to handle so many visitors for the World Cup. They sent automated responses to multiple emails I sent them in previous days advising them of this issue but evidently have no staff to respond to emails. Upon showing proof of the hotel booking and proof of payment (which they had a copy of already) the manager at this hotel should have simply allowed my son and I to go to our room, especially after a 14 hour flight! He could have worked out the issue with the Qatar World Cup Accommodation Agency on his own. Furthermore I asked the staff to call the agency shortly after they would not allow us to get into our prepaid room but they kept focusing on communicating with hotel manager and kept telling me they could not allow me in the room due to glitch with voucher. Same response when I spoke directly with hotel manager, all he could say was that I was not allowed to get into the room despite both parties having full documentation of reservation and payment. Ultimately 90 minutes later after again insisting they call Accommodation Agency they were directed to immediately allow me to access the room. Additionally after returning from dinner had to deal with an aggressive security guard who was ready to follow us up to our room despite showing him our room key and letting him know we were guests. As far as the quality of the two bedroom suite it was spacious and quite good so that is why I’m giving it two stars instead of one.
