We went for a dinner on my marriage anniversary , food was too good ,,, specially the Bengali fish item was very delicious,,soup could have better ,,, but overall it was a very nice experience,,, we have got some special treatment from dear Kishore sir (chef )… Buffet price was just 699/-

My room is 403 is really good and I like your hotel ambiance and me and my wife and my little baby was happy and muskan was playing with my baby we are enjoying and good Experience was good nice

This is not my first time in Vizac, so I have something to compare with. I consider this hotel one of the best places to visit. Clean, comfortable rooms, large selection of dishes in the restaurant. Polite, helpful staff. The work of Muskan should be especially noted for its high professionalism and good service.

It was wonderful experience. I'm staying 2nd time in this hotel. Good communication with reception, housekeeping & dinning staff. All together it's a great experience and will definitely suggest everyone by me. Team (Mr. Satish, Ganesh, Girish, Shiva & Kumar) is very cooperative. They care well for safety, hygiene and cleanliness.

Executive are very pleasant and ready to help you at any given point of time. Roomes were very clean with all necessary facitiles. It was really awesome pleasure to stay hear . Will be visiting soon again. Front office executives Ganesh and Satish really helped us in all our queries and and asks. Tha k you Ganesh and Satish and thank you Best Western.
