相當完美的酒店。酒店停車場有特來電充電樁，停車場不收費，且停車位極多。酒店設施完好，樓層高，景色好。早餐極其豐富，餐具非常精緻，有設計感。迷你吧可以隨便喝，屋內送的水都是酒店標識的，屋內舒適乾淨。提個建議：你們應該在攜程的設定裏，添加充電樁標識，能吸引更多開電車的用户。

我對此次的酒店住宿體驗感到失望。冬天的寒冷讓人期待一個温暖的住宿環境，但是這家酒店卻無法提供這樣的舒適體驗。
首先，我驚訝地發現酒店並沒有地暖設施。在寒冷的冬季，沒有地暖的房間就像一個冰窖，讓人無法得到應有的休息。我嘗試使用空調來提供一些暖意，效果也不盡人意。仍然無法達到一個舒適的温度。
更糟糕的是，酒店的熱水供應也存在問題。熱水根本沒有，水龍頭直接不出水，在冬天的寒冷天氣中，沒有熱水洗澡簡直是一種折磨。我嘗試聯繫酒店的服務人員解決這個問題，但是他們的反應並不積極，説客房去吃飯了我表示理解，説半個小時吃完來解決，直到我退房離店都沒有解決。
總的來説，我對這次的住宿體驗感到失望。我希望酒店能夠改進他們的設施和服務，為客人提供一個温暖和舒適的住宿環境。

第二次入住這個酒店，上次去住還是剛開業的時候，我們住的親子房，孩子特別高興。酒店環境衞生特別的好，床品乾淨舒適。還有洗衣機和電冰箱，冰箱裏的飲料免費信用，飲水機也很好。退房的時候孩子念念不忘，下次還來。設施和環境不輸五星級的酒店。

東營沃德SOHO酒店房間非常乾淨，床單被罩枕套都非常乾淨。前台的兩個服務人員非常熱情，對酒店的各項設施和服務內容介紹得很詳細，房間冰箱內的飲料免費享用，早餐豐富，有牛排供你享用。房間內的設施和佈局都有回到家的感覺，衞生間內還配備了洗衣機。以後有機會來東營還會入住沃德SOHO.
