Location was fine. Check in was easy. The beds were comfortable. I don't think the floors were cleaned properly. They were stained and the bathroom floor was sticky. The tub was also stained because it's an old property. There was a fence around the pool. The area was a bit noisy due to highway traffic. The free breakfast was coffee, cereal, instant oa**eal, yogurt. It was okay for one night, but would not stay there again.

Hotel needs some love, 1st room was scary but front desk quickly changed the room. Soda machines don't work, no swimming pool and there are full time residents. Located just off highway and near food choices.

Rooms are nicely renovation. Smells fresh. Comfy beds. 2 down sides: 1-right next to freeway, super noisy
2-floors were dirty, were not cleaned well. I had to clean them with wet napkins

Check in was very friendly, however..the faucet in the bathtub would not turn off the water. So, after a very long day of driving, we had to move everything to another room. The tv wouldn’t work, someone came to reset it. The staff acted quickly both times and were very polite and apologetic and we did get a some money back on the card used. This hotel will improve I am sure. The employees are great!

The checkin was good and the guy at the desk very nice. The room looked nice but it ended there. It was the most worn out sloping mattress ever. We had to sleep in seperate beds or one rolled into rhe other. The toilet ran all night long despite our edforts to fix it. It was the noisiest hotel with the thinnest walls. Trains, loud trucks on the highway, slamming doors all night and unexplained bangs and refrigerator making occassional weird loud noises. Tv impossible to figure out without reprogramming. The price was good and it was fairly clean and we were only there for one night so I didnt ask for a new room.,I will inform the desk of the toilet issue upon checkout. Luckily my husband can sleep through anything and wad able to sleep better than I!

I arrived at the hotel, received my keys for my pre-reserved accommodations, as I entered into my room, I soon realized that someone had been in the room watching T.V. and lying on the bed. How appalling was that. The gentleman at the front desk had to get me another room, with no apologies and still paying the $100.00 plus fee. I will never use this Hotel again. Thank you, but no Thank You.

The gentleman who checked us in was named Chauncey. He was the best. Very informative, helpful, polite, and treated us with respect and kindness. We had some trouble with our door lock and he hiked to the back where our room was and found that it was indeed faulty so he gave us a new room very quickly. Nice guy and very helpful.

Lady in the morning was very rude! The fellow who checked us in at night was lovely. Lady in am said there was no milk for cereal this seemed odd when one usually needs milk for porridge…
