This was a Thanksgiving night, 11/23/23 check-in. When I got to my room there was no heat. Outside temp was mid 40's with overnight lows to be in low 30s
I checked yo make sure the unit was plugged in. Returned to the office and was told twice the heat will not come on. Finally she changed me to another room. Before moving my possessions, I made sure there was heat in the room. Them I moved everything to the 2nd room. After getting settled I turned on the TV.. All that came on was a "No Signal" box that moved around the screen. I found that cable adapter cord behind the TV base on the TV table, unplugged. Plugged it and waited about 15 minutes for Direct TV to reinstall itself. Then a channel came on, Telemundo, the Spanish TV network. However the remote ONLY worked to turn TV on/off, Mute sound. NOTHING else worked. By this time it was nearly 10PM and, by coincidence, Telemundo was carrying the Thursday night NFL game, so I turned off the audio, got the audio on my iPhone and watched the game for awhile. Totally unsatisfactory, although the room and everything in it was clean and neat, although the bathroom, especially the toilet needs upgrading. The website indicates "full breakfast". Obviously a misstated "perk". anything but a full breakfast. Fortunately there was an excellent diner nearby for breakfast.
