Location is fantastic. The one bedroom apartment was amazing. So clean and spacious. Amenities were fabulous too. Amazing views from the balcony overlooking Dubai. Breakfast was amazing too. Lots of variety to choose from. The only down side was that breakfast was in the next building.

Pullman is in a great location next to a mall with all the shopping you could want. Conveniently next to the airport with great service it is an ideal place to start!

Residences need serious renovation, carpets are dirty and worn out, corridors smell badly, furniture needs upgradation. We felt really unhygenic this time being here. I don't know why this hotel has not renovated since a long time. We won't be staying here next time anyway We are very loyal customer's since 10 years but it's not value for money anymore, they need to renovate.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant! The employees were very helpful with me and my families’ requests. They never hesitated to ask if we needed any further assistance and went above our expectations for quality care. There was a specific young woman that was always so kind to us and made sure that we were all taken care of.

Stayed for 10 days. Room was great, bathrooms spacious, beds comfortable, and amenities were satisfactory. Many useful services such as spa and gym, mall is next door, and masjid across the street. Service was amazing, all workers very kind and helpful, especially Anoop and the men offering room service. Would definitely recommend and anyone going here will not be disappointed.
