Absolutely pathetic. they had overbooked nearly 2 times. had angry guests everyday... shouting and arguing. my stay also started badly as was shown a room.... where you wont let your dog stay..... I had paid Premium money so was then shown another room which was acceptable. staff were really helpful, its the greedy owners and management who should really take the blame. rating 0/10

Don't waste your money here! The most rubbish hotel! The two female hotel employees have a very bad attitude, but they treat the male customers with smiles. The male hotel employees also have a very bad attitude. Don't book this hotel. The service quality is so bad. Don't spend money to be angry!
The photo is different from the hotel room! After opening the room, you will only see shabby old furniture from decades ago. The cabinets are full of dirt and the table has not been wiped. The carpet was originally blue but has not been changed for a long time. As well as poor cleaning, the carpet has become Into soy sauce color! It’s really soy sauce color! Holes in the sofa! Old sofa.
The room was large, but the hygiene was very bad. The bedroom smelled moldy. I slept on the sofa with a quilt. I left the hotel decisively the next day and will never come back again! This hotel is a lie. The hotel rooms are completely different from the photos!

Old property with wired smells all over the room, furniture is old specially the bed crown the sheet fell on head all the night, then finally removed the sheet to not injured 🤕. Midnight they called twice for the food order which we not ordered even we told one time that food not for us and they called again second time after few minutes. In bathroom want to hot bath with bathtub 🛀 after filling, when time to relax in all water goes out from down the tub( leakage’s) and all the washroom full with water due to water blockages, which caused bad smell. And last when I called for booking ahead and said that if I want extend my stay for half day price operator said need to book for full day they not give half day or late check out .Staff need to be professional no greeting. The room was booked not the same as in picture on booking. No toothpaste, only one sop and one shampoo even room booked for two persons.

I wish I could give 0 rating to this hotel, hotel rooms were so dirty and filthy. Spider webs in the rooms, damp, locks were broken, bath tub was dirty. So I decided to go to different hotel they refuse to refund my money after arguing all day along they decided to keep one nights rent and refund the rest I agreed to it and it’s been over a month now and still waiting for my refund. Anyone wants to book this hotel then please DONT you will regret…..

I gave me 2 rooms on second floor. We went there and I got a smelly room as well the corridor and then I requested them to shift us to another room. They gave us rooms on 6th floor. Room was somehow little better but the corridor had the same bad fungy/ smokey smell. No offence but I couldn't stand the bad smell of corridor. In my openion it's poorly managed. I don't recommend this for family.

Never go to this hotel. They cancelled booking of my wife after she landed in Dubai on the plea that early payment was not done. However, the booking had no such clause early on and was required to be paid at the time of arrival. I had to arrange another hotel at expensive amount. Reason given was that they ahd lot of rush due to food expo...in that case quit online bookings and claim 1st come 1 serve basis is the policy. That is why they have RED rating on staff on ***********. PATHETIC

We had a 20 hour transit, and the hotel was clean, quiet, with a fantastic staff. They answered all our questions, were able to set up a 3 hour tour the morning of our flight, and were very concerned to make our stay great. We appreciated the convenience of being 5-7 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the Burj Khalifa.

I love this hotel very much it’s amazing.location is accessible to city center and metro station.gym and pool is super nice clean I would like to say thank you to Arlene who work in the gym she very helpful Sauna is very relaxing clean and good aroma thank you so much j 5 family
