The location is convenient, a few hundred meters away from the train station, and the front desk staff is pretty good
Breakfast is very average. It is recommended not to choose it.

If you like the smell of sweaty footwear permeating your room, this is the place for you! Our entire floor was occupied by hockey players who left their stinking kit in the hallway. As you came out of the lift, the smell hit you like a wave, even with face masks on. It had seeped into our room and we had to sleep with the window wide open to try and disperse it. If you are a foot fetishist this is the place for you, if you don't like the smell of sweaty feet this is not the place for you

Prima verblijf, je hebt alle basics en het is relatief schoon. Ook fijn dat er ramen op kunnen. Bedden en kussens zijn wel een beetje zacht.

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Die Lage, direkt am Hauptbahnhof, ist ebenfalls praktisch. Allerdings ist es sehr hellhörig was die benachbarten Zimmer anbelangt. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Trockene Brötchen, wenig Auswahl. Vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her ist es, abgesehen vom Frühstück, gut. Daher 1 Punkt Abzug.

Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, Hauptbahnhof ist innerhalb von drei Minuten erreicht. Nachhaltigkeit top, deswegen buchen wir immer BnB. Das einzige wo ich einen Punkt abziehen würde ist die Sache mit dem Check in. Es wird mit einer 24h besetzten Rezeption geworben, dann bekommt man eine Nachricht vom Hotel das diese eben momentan nicht 24h besetzt ist und man aber per Check in Automaten einchecken kann. Wir kamen zum Glück rechtzeitig an, und da sah ich, das dieser Automat defekt und nicht nutzbar ist. Dies sollte man eventuell mit den Gästen kommunizieren, damit diese auch nach Rezeptions Schluss beruhigt einchecken können. Ansonsten alles wie immer gut :)

Helt ok hotell. Tyvärr så lovar dom gratis parkering men antalet platser är väldigt begränsat så vi fick parkera 200 m längre bort och betala för parkering. Inte Ok, även om d handlar om 5 euro. Frukost ok men inte mer än ok.

L'hôtel est conforme à ce que l'on peut attendre d'un B&B hôtel: simple, moderne, propre, confortable. Il est à deux pas de la gare et un parking est à disposition.
L'accueil a été par contre assez déplorable. Demande de payer la chambre alors qu'elle avait été prépayée à la réservation - Facturation d'un petit déjeuner au tarif adulte pour un enfant de 11 ans en affirmant qu'à partir de 7 ans les enfants payent comme un adulte alors que les conditions de l'hôtel stipulent bien que jusqu'à 12 ans le tarif enfant s'applique.
Tout ça a fini par s'arranger, mais je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié l'absence de tout mot d'excuse !
