When I checked it the staff were very accomdating and helpled me with my luggage. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable and updated. The bathroom was very clean which is a priority for us , sheets and pillowcases white and no hair.

The convenience and the local amenities in the area are the best kept secret and the Sonesta Simply Suites / Atlanta Gwinnett Place offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing too far out into the City of Atlanta. All service-centric businesses (hotels) have different touch-points (operations, check-in, front-desk, housekeeping, memberships, parking, etc.) throughout their organization. At each touch-point customers can recognize her DNA which is very apparent.     Moreover, my family and I love both the character and the charm of this hotel - Sonesta Simply Suites / Atlanta Gwinnett Place which does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all.
