I have stayed in several Sonesta properties but this one was disappointing. The elevators felt very unclean, and the room hallway and room had a strange smell. Once in the room, I found that there was no hot water and the room would only heat up so much. Even after running the was for over 10 minutes the water only got to luck warm. I called the front desk a few times and in spite of being told someone would be right up, no one ever came. I had planned to extend my stay an additional day but based on the two nights I was there I left early am. While checking out I did have a chance to share my concerns about the room with a Manager who was apologetic and offered to apply points to my reward member account.
