Amazing spot right off the highway, very private

The location is easy to find, the room is big enough, and the surrounding environment is relatively good

Room is kinda old, basic. Carpet and bedding, walls, very dated. People in room next to us were very loud all night, unable to sleep.

You can turn the air down to 60, not just 65 degrees. I travel a LOT and get hot when I sleep at night. Some hotels will only let you turn the air down to 65. I have stayed at this hotel twice. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the coffee. It's awful so I just drive down the street to Starbucks. The cookies here are AMAZING!!!! Last time I stayed, I was in one of the newly renovated King rooms. The AC knocked really loud all night and the toilet ran all night long, also. I paid $200 for the night to listen to all of that. Next time I will make sure I get a room that is quiet and not jacked up with problems. I would stay there again but just make sure they have everything in working condition, especially since the rooms I stay in are supposed to be newly renovated. Maybe I'll get a discount since I did not sleep all night long. The big loud bang every 7-8 minutes scared me. I was showering and thought someone was breaking in the room. It was that loud. Room 714...don't stay in that room!!!

We were extremely pleased with the room (King sofa bed). It was spacious, well maintained with updated decor and amenities. For the price of the room, we were surprised with the space and condition. There was no residual noise from the nearby road. The staff were genuinely pleasant, from the shuttle driver to the registration staff, and the dining room staff. We were here just one night so we can't provide a comment on the surroundings of the hotel and the neighborhood.

My stay at Doubletree has ALL been great. Whenever I visit Raleigh I always stay at Doubletree Hotel. Its a great, clean and friendly hotel.

I was very welcome. I loved that it is a very clean hotel, The service arrives every day, they are friendly. In addition, if there are any complaints, they solve the matter quickly so that there are no noises and you can rest peacefully

High floor king suite was perfect for our family (11 year old comfy on sofa bed). Great having vanity outside bathroom so we can all get ready. Bed and pillows were great and nice to have a sink with countertop for coffee. Wish had more tissue boxes and extra soap (I’m sure they would’ve provided had we asked). My child loved the warm indoor pool (most have been cold). *my lady hugging the warm cookie the front desk gave her

Very close to airport and Convention Center/ Walk around area. Room was really big with couch and chairs and table separate from bedroom. Clean and nice staff

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and food/shopping options. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the rooms were updated, comfortable, and quiet.

The manager on duty, Doc, was super nice and professional. The room was really clean and the beds were so comfortable. Close to a lot of restaurants. You also can't beat their cookies!

Items such as lamp shades needed to be updated. Slats on bedroom doors needed to be updated. Quality of toiletries needed to be upgraded.

The room size was the best. The staff was friendly. The cookies were delicious. Fair hotel price
