This place was horrible! I didnt even stay! I walked out after my door would not lock . I called down multiple times, walked down with my bags thinking they would change me to another. Nope, the lady at the front counter could barely function. The place smelled, super bad. Elevator buttons were broken. Im going to get my money back. I took a video the door not locking.

Our stay did not go well. The hotel was supposedly renovating but the sink faucet was broken. The new coffee setup wasn't working. Also, the hairdryer did not work in the plug even after I reset it but it worked in another plug. There wasn't any bar soap and the girl said she would give me a credit for our stay and that never happened. I wasn't happy with the hotel choice at all.

My main complaint was the bedding. The bed was comfortable, however the sheets seemed old and “pilled” which was not pleasant to sleep on. A less important item was the cucumber scented bath products which my roommate objected to (I thought they were fine!)

Liked ; size of room , location and amenities room had. Breakfast wasnt too bad and better than expected from reviews
Didnt like; pool and gym room were not great. Room decor was fine but could be brightened and update. Price was towards the high size for what we got in other parts of Florida but not bad relative to other Naples prices

The hotel is rather old. The reception area does not a good impression. It looks run down and uninviting. The room was ok. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very old, the had areas in the tub that had flaked off. Dark hallways, just old. And $275 a night!

This is an older property but is maintained well. The location is the biggest asset. We were within a short drive or even walk to many places in downtown Naples.

Didn't clean the room during our stay. They said they were short staffed and couldn't get to our room per their hours. No adjustment to to our bill.
