I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights ( January 12 - January 14) and the night of the 13, around 9:30pm I called the front desk to let them know that my toilet wasn’t working, and the guy said they will send someone to our room.
Around 10:30pm I called again and the same guy said that nobody wasn’t able to help us, the maintenance guy will come next day at 8:00AM. So, if I needed the bathroom I will have to use the LOBBY restroom (I’m on the 7th floor with a 2 years old toddler) he was really rude to me.
I was very upset at that point, he didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.
Today (January 14th) we checked out and we didn’t even see a maintenance guy… this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We are from Florida, we were on the city of Atlanta for vacations, and we didn’t had a nice experience with the hotel staff.
